{"id":7710,"date":"2021-01-22T09:13:47","date_gmt":"2021-01-22T09:13:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=7710"},"modified":"2021-01-22T09:23:33","modified_gmt":"2021-01-22T09:23:33","slug":"launder-heating-system","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/launder-heating-system\/","title":{"rendered":"Sistema de calefacci\u00f3n de lavander\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La cubierta de la estructura del canal de fundici\u00f3n consta de una cubierta met\u00e1lica, como una camisa de acero; al menos una resistencia el\u00e9ctrica, dispuesta de tal forma que caliente la parte inferior del sistema de calentamiento del canal de fundici\u00f3n; y una capa aislante para evitar la p\u00e9rdida de calor por radiaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la cubierta met\u00e1lica. La(s) resistencia(s) de calentamiento est\u00e1(n) situada(s) por encima del canal de flujo del canal de fundici\u00f3n, de modo que el calor de las resistencias se irradia pr\u00e1cticamente sin obst\u00e1culos sobre el metal, que fluye por el fondo del canal de fundici\u00f3n, y sobre el revestimiento refractario. En estado de funcionamiento, las resistencias el\u00e9ctricas se calientan hasta alcanzar una temperatura de entre 1100 y 1300 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>El aislamiento t\u00e9rmico est\u00e1 fabricado, preferiblemente, con lana cer\u00e1mica, pudiendo constar de una o varias capas de revestimiento. La lana aislante de la cubierta y la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/ceramic-launder\/\">canal de cer\u00e1mica<\/a> est\u00e1 compuesto, preferiblemente, por lana de silicato de aluminio, lana de silicato de magnesio o lana de \u00f3xido de aluminio, que resiste altas temperaturas.<\/p>\n<p>Las resistencias calefactoras tienen un grosor suficiente, por lo que cualquier deformaci\u00f3n o flexi\u00f3n provocada por el calor es m\u00ednima. La resistencia calefactora est\u00e1 compuesta, preferiblemente, por una varilla o un tubo met\u00e1lico de secci\u00f3n circular. Se pueden colocar una o varias resistencias calefactoras en la cubierta, dispuestas una al lado de otra en la direcci\u00f3n longitudinal del canal de colada.<\/p>\n<p>Las resistencias se seleccionan preferiblemente de modo que su tensi\u00f3n de funcionamiento se sit\u00fae en la denominada zona de tensi\u00f3n de seguridad. Las resistencias se montan preferiblemente en la parte de la cubierta sobre los denominados travesa\u00f1os de soporte, que est\u00e1n dispuestos en la direcci\u00f3n longitudinal del canal refractario, transversalmente por debajo de las resistencias. Los travesa\u00f1os de soporte pueden ser varillas o tubos met\u00e1licos recubiertos de material cer\u00e1mico refractario.<\/p>\n<p>La parte de la cubierta cubre una parte del sistema de calentamiento del canal de fundici\u00f3n. La cubierta y el canal de fundici\u00f3n, superpuestos, forman un canal de fundici\u00f3n. En el punto donde el canal de la canaleta termina en su extremo superior, es decir, en el lado por donde entra el flujo de metal, se forma una abertura a trav\u00e9s de la cual se descargan los gases, como consecuencia del efecto chimenea, desde el espacio entre la canaleta y la cubierta.<\/p>\n<p>En la construcci\u00f3n del canal de descarga, se coloca en este lugar un quemador de gas o un soplador de gas caliente, lo que genera una presi\u00f3n de estancamiento para limitar o impedir el flujo de gas que sale del canal de descarga. El gas caliente del quemador o del soplador se dirige hacia la abertura situada entre la tapa y la parte inferior, donde el efecto de la presi\u00f3n de estancamiento es mayor. El combustible del quemador puede ser, por ejemplo, gas natural o gas licuado. El quemador de gas caliente puede incluso calentarse el\u00e9ctricamente.<\/p>\n<p>La potencia del quemador o del ventilador se controla mediante un termopar instalado en el extremo inferior del canal del canal\u00f3n. El termopar indica la temperatura del espacio de gas en el extremo inferior del canal del canal\u00f3n y el efecto de enfriamiento del aire fr\u00edo que fluye hacia el interior del canal del canal\u00f3n. En la construcci\u00f3n del canal de descarga seg\u00fan la invenci\u00f3n, se puede disponer de un control de potencia para las resistencias calefactoras con el fin de evitar que estas se sobrecalienten.
