Estas elementos funcionan conjuntamente para garantizar que el aluminio fundido se transporte sin problemas desde el horno de fusi\u00f3n hasta la plataforma de colada.<\/p>\n<p>La canaleta directa es una de las m\u00e1s habituales en todos los sistemas de canaletas para la fundici\u00f3n de aluminio. Presenta una estructura sencilla y es f\u00e1cil de fabricar, adem\u00e1s de ser adecuada para el transporte de aluminio fundido a larga distancia. Con el desarrollo de aglutinantes inorg\u00e1nicos resistentes a altas temperaturas, los fabricantes han reducido al m\u00e1ximo la longitud del sistema de canales para la fundici\u00f3n de aluminio, manteni\u00e9ndola en su mayor\u00eda por debajo de los 500 mm. Adem\u00e1s, el uso de adhesivos inorg\u00e1nicos resistentes a altas temperaturas permite lograr un empalme sin juntas, lo que mejora los costes de transporte, instalaci\u00f3n y sustituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La canaleta inclinada se instala en la entrada y en la salida de aluminio fundido de la plataforma de fundici\u00f3n, y se utiliza para acoplar el aluminio fundido de la plataforma con la boca oblicua por la que sale el aluminio fundido del horno de fusi\u00f3n. Cuando el aluminio fundido procedente de un horno de fusi\u00f3n se suministra simult\u00e1neamente a dos equipos de colada, se requiere un canal de derivaci\u00f3n para dividir el flujo. La funci\u00f3n principal de la canaleta de derivaci\u00f3n situada en la plataforma de colada es desviar el aluminio fundido hacia los discos de derivaci\u00f3n dispuestos muy juntos, dirigi\u00e9ndolo as\u00ed hacia los distintos cristalizadores.<\/p>\n<p>El canal de esquina se instala principalmente en el dispositivo de transporte de aluminio fundido situado entre el horno de fusi\u00f3n y la plataforma de colada. Algunas f\u00e1bricas de aluminio se ven obligadas a disponer el aluminio fundido de forma que se pueda girar y transportar debido a las limitaciones de la disposici\u00f3n del horno de fusi\u00f3n y la m\u00e1quina de colada, por lo que es necesario utilizar el canal de esquina. La funci\u00f3n del canal de flujo en esquina es cambiar la direcci\u00f3n del transporte del aluminio l\u00edquido y transportarlo sin problemas hasta la plataforma de colada.
