En la colada semicontinua se tiene en cuenta principalmente el caudal de metal, mientras que en la colada continua se tiene en cuenta principalmente la cantidad total de metal.<\/p>\n<p>El tama\u00f1o de la placa filtrante de espuma cer\u00e1mica se selecciona de la siguiente manera: en el \u00e1rea efectiva de filtrado, el caudal de metal por cent\u00edmetro cuadrado y minuto debe ser de 70 a 210 g. Cuando el caudal de metal filtrado supera este rango, la eficiencia de filtrado y la capacidad para capturar impurezas se reducen dr\u00e1sticamente. A medida que se reduce el tama\u00f1o de los poros de la placa filtrante, tambi\u00e9n se reduce el tama\u00f1o de los residuos retenidos y aumenta la eficiencia de filtrado y eliminaci\u00f3n de impurezas.<\/p>\n<p>Los productos de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n, como los materiales para conservas, las planchas de impresi\u00f3n, las l\u00e1minas ultrafinas, los discos inform\u00e1ticos y las placas sin carcasa, requieren todos ellos el uso de placas filtrantes de poros finos. Si la masa fundida est\u00e1 limpia, la placa filtrante de poros finos se puede utilizar directamente; si la masa fundida est\u00e1 sucia, se puede a\u00f1adir una placa filtrante de poros gruesos delante de la de poros finos para realizar una filtraci\u00f3n en dos etapas. El efecto de filtraci\u00f3n de este filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica de dos etapas es mejor.<\/p>\n<p>La placa filtrante de espuma cer\u00e1mica se coloca en el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/es\/cff-filter-box\/\">Caja de filtro CFF<\/a>, la base de la caja de filtrado es cuadrada, tiene unas dimensiones adecuadas para la placa de filtrado y est\u00e1 inclinada en direcci\u00f3n a la salida para evitar que se acumule aire debajo de la placa de filtrado.
