Il permet d'\u00e9liminer efficacement les inclusions pr\u00e9sentes dans l'aluminium en fusion et d'absorber les particules d'inclusions de taille microscopique. Les plaques filtrantes en c\u00e9ramique jouent un r\u00f4le important dans la production de l'industrie de la fonderie d'alliages d'aluminium. Elles permettent d'am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de surface, les performances des produits et la microstructure, ainsi que le rendement de l'aluminium. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Depuis 2012, cette entreprise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les technologies publicitaires (AdTech) se consacre \u00e0 la recherche et au d\u00e9veloppement de plaques filtrantes en mousse c\u00e9ramique d'alumine \u00e0 haute capacit\u00e9 d'absorption. Apr\u00e8s s\u00e9chage et solidification, le support se transforme en produit fini \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de 1 180 \u00b0C. Ces mousses organiques pr\u00e9sentent une structure r\u00e9ticulaire tridimensionnelle. Le support en mousse est plong\u00e9 dans une suspension c\u00e9ramique sp\u00e9ciale dot\u00e9e de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s thixotropiques. Le technicien utilise ensuite un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019extrusion au rouleau sp\u00e9cifique, permettant \u00e0 la suspension c\u00e9ramique de recouvrir uniform\u00e9ment le support. Apr\u00e8s s\u00e9chage et durcissement, la plaque filtrante en c\u00e9ramique finale est cuite \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. Des joints d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 sont dispos\u00e9s autour de la plaque filtrante en c\u00e9ramique. Ils sont principalement utilis\u00e9s au niveau de la surface de contact entre la plaque filtrante et le bo\u00eetier du filtre afin d\u2019emp\u00eacher toute fuite d\u2019aluminium liquide \u00e0 travers cette surface. Appuyez ensuite \u00e0 la main sur le joint d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 autour de la plaque filtrante afin d'emp\u00eacher l'aluminium en fusion de s'\u00e9couler sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9chauffez uniform\u00e9ment le caisson de filtration et la plaque filtrante afin que leur temp\u00e9rature soit proche de celle de l'aluminium fondu. Le pr\u00e9chauffage permet d'\u00e9liminer l'humidit\u00e9 et facilite une filtration imm\u00e9diate. Le pr\u00e9chauffage peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide d'un syst\u00e8me de chauffage \u00e9lectrique ou au gaz. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le pr\u00e9chauffage dure environ 15 \u00e0 30 minutes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Surveillez attentivement la hauteur de la coul\u00e9e d'aluminium pendant le moulage. La hauteur initiale normale est comprise entre 100 et 150 mm. Lorsque l'aluminium en fusion commence \u00e0 s'\u00e9couler, la hauteur de la coul\u00e9e descend en dessous de 75 \u00e0 100 mm. Elle augmente ensuite progressivement.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Au cours du processus de filtration normal, \u00e9vitez de cogner ou de faire vibrer la plaque filtrante.
