Lors du processus de d\u00e9charge, l'aluminium fondu pr\u00e9sent au niveau de l'orifice de d\u00e9charge d\u00e9borde en raison de la diff\u00e9rence de pression :<br \/>\n1. La distance entre le substrat et le haut de la goulotte du dispositif de d\u00e9charge d'origine est trop faible, ce qui favorise le d\u00e9bordement de l'aluminium en fusion ;<br \/>\na. M\u00e9thode d'am\u00e9lioration : en fonction des questions et des remarques formul\u00e9es par les clients.<br \/>\nLe rayon et la hauteur de l'arc int\u00e9rieur du rev\u00eatement sont augment\u00e9s afin d'\u00e9viter que l'aluminium en fusion ne d\u00e9borde de la goulotte de d\u00e9versement en raison de l'importante quantit\u00e9 r\u00e9siduelle d'aluminium en fusion pr\u00e9sente lors du processus de d\u00e9versement.<br \/>\n1. Modifier le mode de compression du bouchon. La conception actuelle pr\u00e9voit une hauteur de compression de 860 mm ; le bras de force du dispositif de compression est long, ce qui rend l'op\u00e9ration facile et pratique, sans avoir \u00e0 s'accroupir ni \u00e0 se pencher.<br \/>\n2. La roue de pression est con\u00e7ue \u00e0 l'image du gouvernail d'un navire : elle est facile \u00e0 man\u0153uvrer et permet d'ajouter facilement une rallonge lorsqu'une force suppl\u00e9mentaire est n\u00e9cessaire.<br \/>\n3.
