Ses principaux composants sont un entra\u00eenement m\u00e9canique, un couvercle de cuve, un rotor et un \u00e9l\u00e9ment chauffant. Les \u00e9quipements de d\u00e9gazage AdTech permettent de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences techniques \u00e9lev\u00e9es li\u00e9es \u00e0 la fabrication de produits en aluminium. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/degassing-in-aluminium-casting\/\">D\u00e9gazage de l'aluminium<\/a> Cette machine est situ\u00e9e entre le four et la machine de coul\u00e9e ; sa fonction principale consiste \u00e0 \u00e9liminer l'hydrog\u00e8ne et d'autres r\u00e9sidus. Il pr\u00e9sente une longue dur\u00e9e de vie. L'effet antiadh\u00e9sif de l'aluminium est efficace, sans risque de contamination par l'aluminium fondu. Le d\u00e9flecteur du rev\u00eatement int\u00e9rieur emp\u00eache l'air et les oxydes de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans l'aluminium liquide.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Le rotor est fabriqu\u00e9 en nitrure de silicium. Il pr\u00e9sente de nombreux avantages, notamment en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion, aux chocs thermiques, \u00e0 l'oxydation et \u00e0 l'usure, ainsi qu'en termes de r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique, entre autres. Le rotor permet de r\u00e9partir au mieux les bulles dans tous les recoins de la cavit\u00e9 interne.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>La gaine de protection du thermoplongeur est en nitrure de silicium. Son rendement thermique est \u00e9lev\u00e9. Elle permet de r\u00e9duire l'oxydation de l'aluminium et ne pollue pas l'aluminium fondu.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Le dispositif de d\u00e9gazage peut, en option, utiliser un m\u00e9lange d'argon, d'azote et de chlore. Des mesures de protection sont pr\u00e9vues pour l'utilisation de ces gaz.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>La conception standard de la structure d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 permet d'emp\u00eacher efficacement l'oxydation secondaire des scories et d'am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9 du d\u00e9gazage.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7039\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/3-Rotors-Degassing-Machine.jpg\" alt=\"Machine de d\u00e9gazage \u00e0 3 rotors\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/3-Rotors-Degassing-Machine.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/3-Rotors-Degassing-Machine-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Principe de fonctionnement<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Placez un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/molten-aluminum-purifying-units\/\">machine de d\u00e9gazage de l'aluminium fondu<\/a> entre le four de maintien et la machine de coul\u00e9e. L'azote est inject\u00e9 dans l'alliage d'aluminium fondu, puis le gaz est fragment\u00e9 par le rotor en graphite en rotation situ\u00e9 dans la cuve de d\u00e9gazage. Il en r\u00e9sulte la formation d'un grand nombre de bulles dispers\u00e9es, ce qui permet \u00e0 l'alliage d'aluminium liquide d'\u00eatre en contact total avec l'azote dans la cuve de traitement. En raison de la diff\u00e9rence de pression atmosph\u00e9rique et du principe d\u2019adsorption de surface, les bulles absorbent l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne et les scories oxyd\u00e9es. Elles remontent ensuite \u00e0 la surface du bain fondu pour former une \u00e9cume. L\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium fondu s\u2019\u00e9coule alors de la sortie de l\u2019unit\u00e9 de d\u00e9gazage vers la machine de coul\u00e9e. L\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium liquide p\u00e9n\u00e8tre en continu dans le dispositif de d\u00e9gazage, et l\u2019azote y est insuffl\u00e9 en continu. Bo\u00eete de traitement<\/h4>\n<p><strong>La cellule de traitement comprend une chambre de d\u00e9contamination et une chambre de chauffage et d\u2019isolation. Les deux compartiments sont s\u00e9par\u00e9s par une cloison en SiC, et les fonds des deux chambres sont reli\u00e9s. Apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9gazage et l\u2019\u00e9limination des scories en salle blanche, l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium fondu s\u2019\u00e9coule dans la chambre de conservation de la chaleur par le dessous de la cloison. La chambre de conservation de la chaleur est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019une enveloppe de maintien en carbure de silicium en forme de U, ainsi que d\u2019un tube de protection en carbure de silicium, qui est immerg\u00e9 dans l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium liquide et chauff\u00e9. L'enveloppe ext\u00e9rieure du corps de l'unit\u00e9 est constitu\u00e9e d'une t\u00f4le d'acier, tandis que le rev\u00eatement int\u00e9rieur est en mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9fractaire. La partie sup\u00e9rieure de la paroi lat\u00e9rale comporte un hublot d'observation et d'inspection des scories, et le fond est muni d'un orifice d'\u00e9vacuation des scories.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>2. Syst\u00e8me de levage<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Utiliser deux v\u00e9rins hydrauliques comme dispositif de levage, permettant de contr\u00f4ler le mouvement du rotor en graphite et de la tige chauffante en silicium-carbone en forme de U. Ceux-ci peuvent pivoter de 90\u00b0 \u00e0 l'horizontale ; le syst\u00e8me hydraulique est relativement stable et le positionnement est pr\u00e9cis.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>3. Syst\u00e8me de chauffage<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Le syst\u00e8me de chauffage utilise un thermoplongeur et un tube de protection en nitrure de silicium. Un thermocouple de mesure de la temp\u00e9rature est int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans le tube, ce qui permet d'assurer un contr\u00f4le automatique de la temp\u00e9rature. Le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9gulation de la temp\u00e9rature utilise un module de puissance int\u00e9gr\u00e9 plus performant.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>4. Rotor en graphite<\/h4>\n<p><strong>La buse \u00e0 rotor en graphite est fabriqu\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de graphite de haute puret\u00e9. Le variateur de fr\u00e9quence permet de r\u00e9guler la vitesse du rotor en graphite. Ce rotor en graphite de haute puret\u00e9, r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l'oxydation, se caract\u00e9rise par une grande solidit\u00e9, une r\u00e9sistance aux hautes temp\u00e9ratures et une bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>5. Syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Le syst\u00e8me de commande se compose de deux parties : une armoire de commande des gaz et une armoire de commande \u00e9lectrique. La commande des gaz comprend la gestion de l'azote et de l'air comprim\u00e9, et est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d'un syst\u00e8me de commande manuel\/automatique. La partie commande \u00e9lectronique comprend principalement la commande de la transmission et la r\u00e9gulation de la temp\u00e9rature.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7765\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Box-type-Degassing-Equipment-1.jpg\" alt=\"\u00c9quipement de d\u00e9gazage de type caisson\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Box-type-Degassing-Equipment-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Box-type-Degassing-Equipment-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de d\u00e9gazage<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Avant que l'aluminium en fusion ne p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/degassing-unit\/\">\u00e9quipement de d\u00e9gazage<\/a>, l'op\u00e9rateur doit \u00e9teindre l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment chauffant. Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature du four approche celle de l'aluminium fondu, injecter le gaz inerte dans le rotor, puis verser l'aluminium fondu dans la cuve de d\u00e9gazage.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Remarque<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>V\u00e9rifiez le mat\u00e9riau d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 au niveau du raccord entre l'entr\u00e9e, la sortie et la cellule de mesure.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>V\u00e9rifiez si la temp\u00e9rature de l'aluminium fondu est suffisamment \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Interrompez le remplissage lorsque le niveau se trouve \u00e0 environ 3 cm du fond du r\u00e9servoir.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>L'op\u00e9rateur doit porter une veste de protection adapt\u00e9e. Lorsque le m\u00e9tal s'\u00e9coule dans le bac, il produit des scories.
