Le liant est choisi parmi un ou plusieurs des composants suivants : sol de silice, carboxym\u00e9thylcellulose et latex blanc, et dos\u00e9 selon le rapport sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 l'aide d'un moule conique pour la fabrication de bouchons, on utilise l'aspiration d'une pompe \u00e0 vide pour fixer la suspension de fibres \u00e0 la surface du moule afin d'obtenir une \u00e9bauche de bouchon.<\/li>\n<li>Placez la pi\u00e8ce brute sur le ch\u00e2ssis en fer et introduisez-la dans la chambre de s\u00e9chage \u00e9lectrique pour le s\u00e9chage. Ce produit a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans le but de cr\u00e9er des pi\u00e8ces de forme sp\u00e9ciale offrant des performances exceptionnelles \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, ainsi qu\u2019une rigidit\u00e9 et une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la charge propre sup\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n<p>Les c\u00f4nes de coul\u00e9e en aluminium liquide sont tous des produits de forme sp\u00e9ciale destin\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques de certaines \u00e9tapes de production dans certains secteurs industriels.
