Assurez-vous qu'ils sont en bon \u00e9tat, propres et ne pr\u00e9sentent aucun dommage.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e9rifiez que le joint d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 autour du tube d'\u00e9coulement et du dispositif flottant est intact. La position horizontale du flotteur est au niveau du bac avant pendant le laminage normal. Lors du laminage initial, la hauteur du flotteur peut \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9e \u00e0 l'aide de l'\u00e9crou de r\u00e9glage. Le niveau de l'aluminium en fusion situ\u00e9 \u00e0 droite de la chicane de r\u00e9gulation d'\u00e9coulement est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que celui situ\u00e9 \u00e0 gauche. Niveau de l'aluminium en fusion \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du r\u00e9servoir.<\/p>\n<p>La plaque flottante est situ\u00e9e \u00e0 la surface de l'aluminium en fusion, et sa hauteur est r\u00e9glable. Elle sert \u00e0 ajuster la hauteur de l'aluminium en fusion dans le bac avant et varie en fonction de la hauteur de l'aluminium en fusion dans la goulotte de r\u00e9gulation du d\u00e9bit, afin d'assurer l'actionnement de l'ensemble du m\u00e9canisme de r\u00e9gulation du d\u00e9bit. Lorsque le niveau d'aluminium fondu dans la goulotte de r\u00e9gulation du d\u00e9bit est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la hauteur d\u00e9finie, le flotteur s'abaisse. Comme le flotteur est reli\u00e9 au bouchon, il \u00e9loigne ce dernier de l'orifice de r\u00e9gulation du d\u00e9bit.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9bit d'aluminium fondu augmente, ce qui fait monter progressivement le niveau de liquide dans la cuvette de r\u00e9gulation du d\u00e9bit, poussant lentement le flotteur vers le haut. Lorsque le niveau d\u2019aluminium fondu dans la cuvette de r\u00e9gulation du d\u00e9bit d\u00e9passe la hauteur d\u00e9finie, le flotteur s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve, entra\u00eenant le bouchon vers l\u2019orifice de r\u00e9gulation du d\u00e9bit, ce qui r\u00e9duit le d\u00e9bit d\u2019aluminium fondu sortant ; le niveau de liquide dans la cuvette de r\u00e9gulation du d\u00e9bit diminue alors progressivement, et le flotteur redescend lentement. Lorsque la hauteur r\u00e9elle du niveau de liquide atteint le niveau de liquide d\u00e9fini, l\u2019ensemble du dispositif se trouve en \u00e9quilibre dynamique et ne subit plus de mouvement excessif. Par cons\u00e9quent, lorsqu\u2019il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019augmenter ou de diminuer le niveau de liquide en production, il suffit d\u2019ajuster la hauteur du flotteur.
