Le tuyau d'\u00e9coulement et la plaque flottante conviennent \u00e0 la coul\u00e9e \u00e0 basse pression de fils d'aluminium, de lingots d'aluminium et de feuilles d'aluminium. Il se caract\u00e9rise par une faible densit\u00e9, une r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lev\u00e9e, une grande flottabilit\u00e9 et l'absence de pollution de l'aluminium en fusion. L'anneau de s\u00e9paration des impuret\u00e9s est utilis\u00e9 dans le moule de coul\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00ab hot-top \u00bb. L'aluminium fondu filtr\u00e9 s'\u00e9coule dans l'anneau de s\u00e9paration des impuret\u00e9s install\u00e9, ce qui emp\u00eache les scories oxydantes de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans le moule de coul\u00e9e \u00e0 t\u00eate chaude. Sa mise en forme s'effectue par absorption sous vide. Cette technique de fabrication offre un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9 et une qualit\u00e9 stable. Le taux de produits finis atteint 99%. Il pr\u00e9sente les avantages suivants : une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 parfaite, une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'adh\u00e9rence de l'aluminium et une duret\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle d'un c\u00f4ne ordinaire. L'\u00e9paisseur du mat\u00e9riau ne d\u00e9passe pas 10 mm, et celle des diff\u00e9rentes pi\u00e8ces est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 5 mm. Par cons\u00e9quent, le mat\u00e9riau est susceptible de se fissurer lorsqu'il est soumis au choc thermique provoqu\u00e9 par l'aluminium en fusion. La fibre composite est renforc\u00e9e par notre entreprise.
