AdTech se consacre \u00e0 la recherche et au d\u00e9veloppement, \u00e0 la production et \u00e0 la commercialisation de fondants granul\u00e9s destin\u00e9s au processus de coul\u00e9e des alliages d'aluminium. AdTech <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/refining-flux\/\"><strong>flux de raffinage<\/strong><\/a> utilise une technologie unique pour am\u00e9liorer les effets traditionnels de d\u00e9gazage et de d\u00e9sscorification. Cette technologie est appliqu\u00e9e au processus de coul\u00e9e de produits en alliages d\u2019aluminium de plusieurs s\u00e9ries. Cet agent d'affinage permet de purifier les inclusions d'oxydation et les gaz pr\u00e9sents dans le m\u00e9tal, afin d'\u00e9liminer les scories et les gaz. Ses principaux composants sont des chlorures associ\u00e9s \u00e0 d'autres compos\u00e9s. Apr\u00e8s traitement thermique et tamisage, il pr\u00e9sente une granulom\u00e9trie homog\u00e8ne. Sous l\u2019action de l\u2019azote ou de l\u2019argon comme gaz vecteur, le flux d\u2019affinage destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la fusion des canettes en aluminium est inject\u00e9 \u00e0 deux reprises dans le bain de fusion via le r\u00e9servoir de pulv\u00e9risation de poudre. \u00c0 la suite des transformations physiques et chimiques subies par l\u2019aluminium fondu, de nombreuses petites bulles contenant des scories oxyd\u00e9es se s\u00e9parent et se forment. Il n'affecte pas l'effet de m\u00e9tamorphisme du strontium. L'agent de nettoyage des scories pr\u00e9sente une faible tension superficielle, une bonne mouillabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la surface de la masse fondue et ne se s\u00e9pare pas facilement du m\u00e9tal. Une fois la charge du four nivel\u00e9e, saupoudrez uniform\u00e9ment une couche de flux en poudre sec pour la recouvrir, puis saupoudrez le flux \u00e0 temps sur la surface du m\u00e9tal fondu \u00e0 nu afin d'\u00e9viter toute inhalation. La m\u00e9thode du flux est efficace pour \u00e9liminer les impuret\u00e9s, mais son efficacit\u00e9 d\u00e9pend en grande partie des caract\u00e9ristiques physiques et chimiques du flux lui-m\u00eame et du processus de purification, tels que la quantit\u00e9 de flux, les conditions de contact entre le flux et le m\u00e9tal en fusion, ainsi que la temp\u00e9rature de traitement. La capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adsorption du flux d\u00e9pend de sa composition chimique. En ce qui concerne les alliages d\u2019aluminium, toutes autres conditions \u00e9tant \u00e9gales par ailleurs, la capacit\u00e9 de mouillage et d\u2019adsorption des chlorures est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des fluorures ; les chlorures de m\u00e9taux alcalins sont plus efficaces que ceux de m\u00e9taux alcalino-terreux ; et le m\u00e9lange de chlorure de sodium et de chlorure de potassium est plus performant que les chlorures purs. L\u2019ajout de fluorure (tel que la cryolite) au m\u00e9lange de chlorure de sodium et de chlorure de potassium am\u00e9liore consid\u00e9rablement sa capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adsorption.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6105\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Fluxes-2.jpg\" alt=\"Flux de raffinage\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Fluxes-2.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Fluxes-2-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En fonction de l'usage pr\u00e9vu du flux pour les alliages d'aluminium, les exigences suivantes doivent \u00eatre respect\u00e9es lors du choix et de la fabrication du flux.<\/p>\n<p>Le point de fusion du flux doit \u00eatre proche de celui du m\u00e9tal ; le point de fusion id\u00e9al se situe entre la temp\u00e9rature de fusion et la temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e. De cette mani\u00e8re, le flux peut fondre avec le m\u00e9tal pendant la fusion afin d\u2019obtenir un effet d\u2019affinage, tout en emp\u00eachant le flux de s\u2019\u00e9couler dans la buse de coul\u00e9e avec le m\u00e9tal pendant la coul\u00e9e et le laminage. Le point de fusion des flux pour l'aluminium et les alliages d'aluminium se situe de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence entre 680 et 700 \u2103.<\/p>\n<p>La densit\u00e9 du fondant doit \u00eatre nettement diff\u00e9rente de celle du m\u00e9tal ou de l'alliage \u00e0 fondre, afin que le fondant puisse flotter ou couler dans le m\u00e9tal en fusion apr\u00e8s avoir adsorb\u00e9 et dissous les oxydes, et qu'il soit facile d'\u00e9vacuer les scories. Pour l'aluminium et les alliages d'aluminium, la densit\u00e9 du fondant doit \u00eatre aussi faible que possible.<\/p>\n<p>Les flux destin\u00e9s \u00e0 des usages diff\u00e9rents doivent pr\u00e9senter des tensions superficielles diff\u00e9rentes. La tension superficielle de l'agent de recouvrement protecteur doit \u00eatre faible afin d'am\u00e9liorer la mouillabilit\u00e9 et l'effet de recouvrement de la surface de la masse fondue. Le flux d'affinage doit pr\u00e9senter une tension superficielle suffisamment \u00e9lev\u00e9e pour pouvoir non seulement absorber et dissoudre les inclusions oxyd\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentes dans la masse fondue, mais aussi se s\u00e9parer facilement de celle-ci.<\/p>\n<p>Le flux doit pr\u00e9senter une viscosit\u00e9 appropri\u00e9e pour garantir une bonne fluidit\u00e9, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 permettre la formation rapide d'une couche protectrice continue de flux.<\/p>\n<p>Le solvant doit poss\u00e9der un bon pouvoir d'affinage, lui permettant non seulement d'absorber et de dissoudre les inclusions oxyd\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentes dans la masse fondue, mais aussi d'\u00e9liminer les gaz qu'elle contient.
