Au cours du processus de fusion de l'aluminium et des alliages d'aluminium, il est n\u00e9cessaire d'ajouter des m\u00e9taux tels que le titane, le cuivre, le mangan\u00e8se ou le fer, qui permettent d'ajuster la composition de l'alliage d'aluminium. Les additifs m\u00e9talliques constituent un nouveau produit qui remplace les alliages-ma\u00eetres d\u2019aluminium. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un article en forme de bloc obtenu par compression d\u2019une poudre m\u00e9tallique pure et d\u2019un fondant pr\u00e9sentant certaines caract\u00e9ristiques, m\u00e9lang\u00e9s uniform\u00e9ment dans des proportions bien d\u00e9finies.<\/p>\n<p>Le remplacement des alliages-ma\u00eetres par des additifs m\u00e9talliques permet de simplifier le processus de fusion des alliages d'aluminium, d'\u00e9conomiser de l'\u00e9nergie et des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de production, ainsi que de contr\u00f4ler avec pr\u00e9cision la composition des alliages et d'am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 des produits. Maintenez la temp\u00e9rature de l'aluminium fondu entre 730 et 750 \u2103. Retirez l\u2019emballage des additifs m\u00e9talliques Ti, Mn, Fe, Cu et Cr, puis versez les additifs m\u00e9talliques dans l\u2019aluminium fondu. Fermez la porte du four et laissez mijoter pendant 20 \u00e0 30 minutes. Remuez ensuite manuellement ou \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un agitateur \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique pendant 10 minutes, puis retirez les scories. Ajustez ensuite la temp\u00e9rature et laissez mijoter pendant 10 minutes. Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e0 nouveau bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9, proc\u00e9dez \u00e0 l\u2019affinage \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un agent d\u2019affinage pendant 15 minutes, puis retirez les scories pour obtenir un alliage homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois les additifs m\u00e9talliques introduits dans le bain fondu, leur densit\u00e9 \u00e9tant sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de l'aluminium fondu, ils se d\u00e9placent progressivement vers le fond du four. Le fondant contenu dans l\u2019additif m\u00e9tallique r\u00e9agit avec l\u2019oxyde pr\u00e9sent dans l\u2019aluminium fondu, provoquant une d\u00e9composition exothermique et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement explosive. Cette r\u00e9action entra\u00eene la diffusion progressive des agglom\u00e9rats d\u2019additif dans l\u2019aluminium fondu. \u00c0 ce stade, apr\u00e8s un traitement d\u2019activation, la poudre m\u00e9tallique pure, dot\u00e9e d\u2019une tr\u00e8s grande surface sp\u00e9cifique, se dissout et se diffuse rapidement dans l\u2019aluminium fondu. Lorsque la surface de la poudre m\u00e9tallique fine entre en contact avec l\u2019aluminium fondu, il existe partout dans ce dernier une diff\u00e9rence de concentration de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment, ce qui favorise l\u2019\u00e9quilibrage de sa concentration dans l\u2019aluminium fondu. C\u2019est le principe qui permet \u00e0 la poudre m\u00e9tallique tr\u00e8s fine de se dissoudre rapidement pour r\u00e9aliser l\u2019alliage.<\/p>\n<h2>Choix des additifs m\u00e9talliques<\/h2>\n<p>Lors de la pr\u00e9paration de l'aluminium fondu, il est courant d'ajouter des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage \u00e0 l'aluminium fondu sous forme de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/metal-additives\/\">additifs m\u00e9talliques<\/a>. D'apr\u00e8s les informations disponibles, les agents \u00e0 base de fer, de mangan\u00e8se et de cuivre peuvent remplacer en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 l'alliage-ma\u00eetre aluminium-fer, l'alliage-ma\u00eetre aluminium-mangan\u00e8se et le cuivre m\u00e9tallique.
