Une fois la charge introduite dans le four, celle-ci est fondue, les scories sont \u00e9limin\u00e9es, la composition chimique est ajust\u00e9e, puis le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/flux-refining\/\">affinage par flux<\/a> Le traitement est effectu\u00e9, puis le four est vid\u00e9 une fois que la temp\u00e9rature est atteinte. Une fois la charge vid\u00e9e en une seule fois, aucun exc\u00e9dent de charge n'est autoris\u00e9, puis la charge suivante est charg\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fusion par lots est adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la fabrication de produits en alliage d'aluminium et permet de garantir l'uniformit\u00e9 et la pr\u00e9cision de la composition chimique de l'alliage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fusion semi-discontinu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La diff\u00e9rence entre le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fusion semi-discontinue et le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fusion discontinue r\u00e9side dans le fait que la charge n'est pas enti\u00e8rement \u00e9vacu\u00e9e lors du d\u00e9chargement du four : entre un cinqui\u00e8me et un quart de la mati\u00e8re liquide est conserv\u00e9, puis incorpor\u00e9 \u00e0 la charge du four de fusion suivant en vue de la fusion.<\/p>\n<p>L'avantage de cette m\u00e9thode de fusion semi-continue r\u00e9side dans le fait que la charge m\u00e9tallique ajout\u00e9e au four est immerg\u00e9e dans le mat\u00e9riau liquide, ce qui acc\u00e9l\u00e8re la vitesse de fusion et r\u00e9duit le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/aluminum-casting-loss\/\">perte par incendie<\/a>. Les inclusions qui se sont d\u00e9pos\u00e9es au fond du four peuvent y rester et ne seront pas m\u00e9lang\u00e9es au bain de fusion, ce qui permet de r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 d'inclusions non m\u00e9talliques dans le lingot. Parall\u00e8lement, la temp\u00e9rature dans le four ne subit pas de fluctuations importantes, ce qui peut prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie du four et contribuer \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer ses performances. Cependant, l\u2019inconv\u00e9nient de cette m\u00e9thode r\u00e9side dans la pr\u00e9sence constante de r\u00e9sidus dans le four ; ceux-ci y restent trop longtemps, ce qui favorise la formation de grains grossiers et nuit \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 du lingot. La fusion semi-discontinue convient \u00e0 la production d\u2019alliages-ma\u00eetres et d\u2019aluminium pur pour lesquels les exigences de qualit\u00e9 du produit sont faibles et la tendance \u00e0 la fissuration est faible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fusion semi-continue<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fusion semi-continue est similaire au proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fusion semi-discontinue. \u00c0 chaque fois que la production atteint 1\/3, il est possible d\u2019ajouter la charge suivante de mati\u00e8re en fusion. La diff\u00e9rence par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode de fusion semi-discontinue r\u00e9side dans le fait que la majeure partie de la mati\u00e8re liquide restant dans le four ne correspond pas \u00e0 la quantit\u00e9 \u00e9vacu\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque fois. Les mat\u00e9riaux nouvellement ajout\u00e9s peuvent tous \u00eatre incorpor\u00e9s au bain de fusion, de sorte que chaque \u00e9vacuation et chaque ajout de mat\u00e9riaux s'encha\u00eenent de mani\u00e8re continue.<\/p>\n<p>Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fusion semi-continue est adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la fusion de d\u00e9bris dans un four \u00e0 double sole. La charge \u00e9tant immerg\u00e9e dans le bain de fusion, cela permet non seulement de r\u00e9duire la perte au feu, mais aussi d'acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la vitesse de fusion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fusion en continu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fusion en continu implique une alimentation continue et une \u00e9vacuation par intermittence du four. Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 offre peu de flexibilit\u00e9 et n\u2019est utilis\u00e9 que pour la fusion de l\u2019aluminium pur. Pour la fusion des alliages d\u2019aluminium, le temps de s\u00e9jour de la masse fondue dans le four doit \u00eatre aussi court que possible. En effet, lorsque le temps de s\u00e9jour du bain fondu est prolong\u00e9, en particulier \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures de fusion \u00e9lev\u00e9es, un grand nombre de germes cristallins non spontan\u00e9s se reforment, ce qui entra\u00eene la formation de grains grossiers dans les lingots et augmente l'absorption de m\u00e9tal, ce qui accro\u00eet \u00e0 son tour la teneur en inclusions non m\u00e9talliques et en gaz du bain fondu.
