{"id":10164,"date":"2021-09-02T02:05:33","date_gmt":"2021-09-02T02:05:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=10164"},"modified":"2021-09-02T02:05:33","modified_gmt":"2021-09-02T02:05:33","slug":"master-alloys","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/master-alloys\/","title":{"rendered":"Alliages-ma\u00eetres"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c0 l'heure actuelle, divers alliages-ma\u00eetres sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9s pour remplacer les additifs, car ils pr\u00e9sentent un point de fusion bas et sont plus faciles \u00e0 faire fondre rapidement et uniform\u00e9ment dans le bain d'aluminium en fusion. Cependant, de nombreux fabricants utilisent de l'aluminium de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration ou des lingots d'aluminium de qualit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure pour produire ces alliages-ma\u00eetres, qui contiennent davantage d'impuret\u00e9s. Lors de l'utilisation de ces alliages-ma\u00eetres, ces impuret\u00e9s sont introduites dans le bain de fusion et provoquent une contamination.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la fusion des alliages, il existe g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement trois fa\u00e7ons d\u2019ajouter des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019alliage : la premi\u00e8re consiste \u00e0 ajouter directement des m\u00e9taux purs \u00e0 la masse d\u2019aluminium en fusion, tels que le cuivre, le magn\u00e9sium, le zinc, le silicium et d\u2019autres m\u00e9taux. La deuxi\u00e8me consiste \u00e0 transformer au pr\u00e9alable les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019alliage en un alliage-ma\u00eetre. Celui-ci est ensuite ajout\u00e9 au bain d'aluminium fondu sous forme de ma\u00eetre-alliage. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, la m\u00e9thode la plus couramment utilis\u00e9e consiste \u00e0 ajouter divers additifs m\u00e9talliques au bain d'aluminium fondu. Il existe par ailleurs une autre m\u00e9thode d'ajout, qui consiste \u00e0 introduire des sels ou des compos\u00e9s contenant des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage, puis \u00e0 r\u00e9duire ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments par une r\u00e9action de substitution avec le m\u00e9tal de base avant qu'ils ne p\u00e9n\u00e8trent dans le bain fondu.<\/p>\n<p>L'objectif de l'utilisation de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/aluminum-alloy-additives\/\">additifs pour alliages d'aluminium<\/a> est de faciliter l'ajout de certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage pr\u00e9sentant un point de fusion plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 et qui ne fondent pas facilement, ni ne s'oxydent ni ne se volatilisent facilement, afin de contr\u00f4ler plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la composition de l'alliage d'aluminium. De plus, l'utilisation d'un alliage-ma\u00eetre comme charge permet d'\u00e9viter la surchauffe de la masse fondue, de raccourcir la dur\u00e9e de la fusion et de r\u00e9duire la perte de m\u00e9tal.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10166\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Metal-Additive.jpg\" les alliages d'aluminium doivent r\u00e9pondre autant que possible aux exigences de base suivantes :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(1) Le point de fusion doit \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur ou proche de la temp\u00e9rature de fusion de l'alliage d'aluminium ;<br \/>\n(2) La teneur en \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage est aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9e que possible, et la composition est homog\u00e8ne ;<br \/>\n(3) Faible teneur en impuret\u00e9s, gaz et inclusions non m\u00e9talliques :<br \/>\n(4) Il est suffisamment cassant, se brise facilement et est pratique pour les ingr\u00e9dients ;<br \/>\n(5) Il est r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la corrosion et ne doit pas se r\u00e9duire en poudre lorsqu'il est stock\u00e9 \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature et pression
