En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le flux de recouvrement doit pr\u00e9senter une faible tension superficielle et un point de fusion bas ; le flux utilis\u00e9 pour l\u2019\u00e9limination des scories doit pr\u00e9senter une tension superficielle \u00e9lev\u00e9e vis-\u00e0-vis de l\u2019aluminium fondu, mais une faible tension superficielle vis-\u00e0-vis des scories oxyd\u00e9es ; le flux d\u2019affinage doit pr\u00e9senter une bonne capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adsorption de l\u2019alumine, tout en poss\u00e9dant une certaine capacit\u00e9 de dissolution de celle-ci ; pour un d\u00e9gazage plus efficace, il est \u00e9galement souhaitable que le flux pr\u00e9sente un taux de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de gaz appropri\u00e9, etc.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication des flux de fonderie, celui-ci d\u00e9pend avant tout de la composition chimique du flux. En fonction de leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques, les flux peuvent \u00eatre class\u00e9s en deux cat\u00e9gories : les flux de fusion et les flux volatils. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d'utiliser la m\u00e9thode de fusion pour la production des flux de fusion, tandis que les flux volatils ou ceux contenant des composants volatils sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement produits par la m\u00e9thode de m\u00e9lange. Le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/granular-flux\/\">flux granulaire<\/a> est produit par la m\u00e9thode de fusion, ce qui pr\u00e9sente sans aucun doute des avantages en termes d'uniformit\u00e9 de la composition du flux, d'abaissement du point de fusion, d'\u00e9limination de l'eau, d'am\u00e9lioration de la fluidit\u00e9 et d'allongement de la dur\u00e9e d'action.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caract\u00e9ristiques des fondants pour fonderie<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans la plage de temp\u00e9ratures de fonctionnement, aucune r\u00e9action chimique nocive pour l'aluminium fondu ne se produit.<\/li>\n<li>Il pr\u00e9sente de bonnes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d'affinage, ainsi que des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de formation de scories et les performances requises pour \u00e9liminer les impuret\u00e9s m\u00e9talliques.<\/li>\n<li>Son point de fusion est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 sa temp\u00e9rature de fusion, et il pr\u00e9sente une bonne fluidit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat liquide.<\/li>\n<li>Il se s\u00e9pare facilement de l'aluminium fondu et n'adh\u00e8re pas aux parois du four ni aux outils.<\/li>\n<li>Sa densit\u00e9 est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de l'aluminium fondu \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10344\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Casthouse-Flux.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Casthouse-Flux.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Casthouse-Flux-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Choisir la bonne temp\u00e9rature de raffinage, la quantit\u00e9 de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/refining-flux\/\">agent de raffinage<\/a>, et une m\u00e9thode d'ajout appropri\u00e9e peut am\u00e9liorer l'effet de raffinage.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de raffinage augmente, la tension superficielle du flux diminue, la mouillabilit\u00e9 des inclusions oxyd\u00e9es s'am\u00e9liore et l'effet d'adsorption et d'\u00e9limination des scories est renforc\u00e9. Bien s\u00fbr, une temp\u00e9rature plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e augmente la tendance \u00e0 l\u2019oxydation et \u00e0 l\u2019absorption de gaz de la masse fondue ; il convient donc de la choisir de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e.
