La r\u00e9duction de cette teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne am\u00e9liore ind\u00e9niablement les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques de l'alliage d'aluminium obtenu.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le flux de d\u00e9gazage est utilis\u00e9 dans la masse d'aluminium en fusion, un grand nombre de bulles se forme ou r\u00e9agit. \u00c0 la surface de contact entre la bulle et le m\u00e9tal, il existe au d\u00e9part une diff\u00e9rence de pression partielle entre l'int\u00e9rieur de la bulle et l'hydrog\u00e8ne pr\u00e9sent dans le m\u00e9tal. En raison de cette diff\u00e9rence de pression partielle, l'hydrog\u00e8ne contenu dans la masse en fusion p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans la bulle. Lorsque la bulle remonte \u00e0 la surface du m\u00e9tal, l'hydrog\u00e8ne est \u00e9vacu\u00e9 vers l'atmosph\u00e8re, ce qui permet le d\u00e9gazage. Les impuret\u00e9s associ\u00e9es sont \u00e9galement amen\u00e9es \u00e0 la surface du bain fondu, ce qui permet de purifier celui-ci.<\/p>\n<p>L'impact de la technologie de d\u00e9gazage sur la qualit\u00e9 d'un alliage d'aluminium ne se limite pas au contr\u00f4le de la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne, mais concerne \u00e9galement la qualit\u00e9 finale de la masse fondue et sa puret\u00e9. Le volume des bulles augmente \u00e0 mesure que la mouillabilit\u00e9 de la masse fondue se d\u00e9t\u00e9riore. L'augmentation du d\u00e9bit de gaz ou la r\u00e9duction du diam\u00e8tre de la buse permettent de r\u00e9duire efficacement le volume des bulles. De plus, ces inclusions peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9es par filtration, ce qui augmente consid\u00e9rablement la densit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/covering-flux\/\">flux de recouvrement<\/a> est couramment utilis\u00e9 pour emp\u00eacher un bain d'aluminium en fusion de r\u00e9agir avec l'atmosph\u00e8re environnante ou de se r\u00e9oxyder. Dans cette \u00e9tude, les bains en fusion ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9gaz\u00e9s avec et sans flux de recouvrement \u00e0 l'aide d'un diffuseur \u00e0 barre poreuse.
