{"id":10591,"date":"2021-10-14T02:49:52","date_gmt":"2021-10-14T02:49:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=10591"},"modified":"2021-10-14T02:49:52","modified_gmt":"2021-10-14T02:49:52","slug":"molten-metal-degassing-refining","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/molten-metal-degassing-refining\/","title":{"rendered":"D\u00e9gazage et affinage du m\u00e9tal en fusion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En fonction des diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9canismes de d\u00e9gazage, la m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9gazage et d'affinage du m\u00e9tal en fusion des alliages d'aluminium peut \u00eatre class\u00e9e en plusieurs cat\u00e9gories : le d\u00e9gazage par diff\u00e9rence de pression partielle, le d\u00e9gazage combin\u00e9, le d\u00e9gazage \u00e9lectrolytique, etc.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode d'affinage par d\u00e9gazage du m\u00e9tal en fusion par diff\u00e9rence de pression partielle consiste \u00e0 placer le m\u00e9tal contenant du gaz dissous sous vide \u00e0 faible pression partielle d'hydrog\u00e8ne, ou \u00e0 introduire un gaz inerte dans la masse fondue afin de fournir la force motrice n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la d\u00e9shydrog\u00e9nation. Dans la production industrielle, on proc\u00e8de g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en injectant de l\u2019azote (N\u2082), de l\u2019argon (Ar) et d\u2019autres gaz inertes dans la masse fondue, ou en pressant un flux g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de gaz dans celle-ci. Comme il n\u2019y a absolument pas d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la bulle, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que la pression partielle d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne y est nulle, tandis que la pression partielle d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne dans la masse fondue entourant la bulle est sup\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 z\u00e9ro. Sous l\u2019effet de la diff\u00e9rence de pression partielle d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne entre l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de la bulle, les atomes d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne dissous se diffusent vers l\u2019interface entre la masse fondue et la bulle, o\u00f9 ils se recombinent en mol\u00e9cules d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la bulle ; ces mol\u00e9cules d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne remontent ensuite \u00e0 la surface de la masse fondue avec la bulle et s\u2019\u00e9chappent. Ce processus se poursuit jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la pression partielle d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de la bulle soit \u00e9gale.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9929\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Gas-Purification-Process.jpg\" alt=\"Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de purification des gaz\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Gas-Purification-Process.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Gas-Purification-Process-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9gazage et d'affinage du m\u00e9tal fondu par compos\u00e9s consiste \u00e0 ajouter au fondant une substance capable de former des hydrures et des nitrures avec le gaz, par exemple en ajoutant du Li, du Ca, du Ti, du Zn et d'autres m\u00e9taux actifs pour former du LiH, du CaH, TiN, ZnN et d\u2019autres compos\u00e9s, afin d\u2019\u00e9liminer les gaz du m\u00e9tal fondu. Ces compos\u00e9s form\u00e9s ont une faible densit\u00e9 et sont pour la plupart insolubles dans le m\u00e9tal fondu ; ils sont donc facilement \u00e9limin\u00e9s lors de l\u2019\u00e9bourgeonnage et de l\u2019affinage. L\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne et l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne dissous dans le m\u00e9tal en fusion interagissent parfois pour former de la vapeur d\u2019eau neutre, ce qui permet \u00e9galement d\u2019atteindre l\u2019objectif de d\u00e9gazage.<\/p>\n<p>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d'affinage par d\u00e9gazage \u00e9lectrolytique du m\u00e9tal en fusion utilise une paire d'\u00e9lectrodes plong\u00e9es dans le m\u00e9tal en fusion, dont la surface est recouverte de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/covering-flux\/\">flux de recouvrement<\/a>. Soit le m\u00e9tal en fusion sert d\u2019\u00e9lectrode, l\u2019autre \u00e9tant plong\u00e9e dans le flux, puis un courant continu est appliqu\u00e9 pour l\u2019\u00e9lectrolyse. Sous l\u2019action du champ \u00e9lectrique, l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne pr\u00e9sent dans le m\u00e9tal tend vers l\u2019anode, neutralise la charge et se polym\u00e9rise en mol\u00e9cules d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne, avant de s\u2019\u00e9chapper. Les autres ions n\u00e9gatifs pr\u00e9sents dans le m\u00e9tal lib\u00e8rent des charges au niveau de la cathode, puis se rassemblent, remontent \u00e0 la surface et restent dans le flux, avant d\u2019\u00eatre combin\u00e9s pour former des scories qui seront \u00e9limin\u00e9es. La pratique montre que cette m\u00e9thode permet non seulement d\u2019\u00e9liminer les gaz, mais aussi d\u2019\u00e9liminer les scories, et qu\u2019elle peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour
