La porosit\u00e9 d\u00e9termine la capacit\u00e9 de filtration de la plaque filtrante en mousse c\u00e9ramique par unit\u00e9 de volume. Plus la porosit\u00e9 est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus le d\u00e9bit de filtration de la plaque est important et plus sa capacit\u00e9 de filtration est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, et inversement.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9termination de la porosit\u00e9 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-foam-filter-manufacturing-process\/\">proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication de filtres en mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/a>. Il existe actuellement deux m\u00e9thodes principales pour d\u00e9terminer la porosit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re consiste \u00e0 calculer le volume du trou dans la plaque filtrante selon la loi d\u2019Archim\u00e8de, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire \u00e0 injecter de l\u2019eau dans le b\u00e9cher en verre muni d\u2019un tube de trop-plein jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019eau s\u2019\u00e9coule par ce tube ; l\u2019\u00e9chantillon est pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 lorsque l\u2019eau ne s\u2019\u00e9coule plus. Tous les \u00e9chantillons sont plac\u00e9s d\u00e9licatement dans l\u2019eau, puis l\u2019eau s\u2019\u00e9coule par le tube de trop-plein et le volume d\u2019eau dans cette partie est mesur\u00e9. Le volume de l\u2019eau qui s\u2019\u00e9coule par le trop-plein est soustrait du volume physique de la plaque filtrante, ce qui donne le volume total des trous de la plaque filtrante.<\/p>\n<p>Une autre m\u00e9thode consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer s\u00e9par\u00e9ment la densit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle et la densit\u00e9 apparente de l'\u00e9chantillon test\u00e9, puis \u00e0 calculer la porosit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9chantillon \u00e0 l'aide de la formule suivante.<\/p>\n<p>Ces deux m\u00e9thodes pr\u00e9sentent chacune leurs avantages et leurs inconv\u00e9nients. Le mode de fonctionnement est simple et pratique, et la vitesse de d\u00e9tection est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, mais son d\u00e9faut majeur tient aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d'absorption d'eau du mat\u00e9riau de la plaque filtrante elle-m\u00eame, ce qui fait que le volume d'eau \u00e9vacu\u00e9 est inf\u00e9rieur au volume r\u00e9el. Cela conduit \u00e0 des donn\u00e9es mesur\u00e9es trop faibles.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que le protocole d'essai de la deuxi\u00e8me m\u00e9thode soit plus complexe, l'influence de l'absorption d'eau du mat\u00e9riau de la plaque filtrante est exclue pendant l'essai et les donn\u00e9es obtenues sont relativement pr\u00e9cises.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12144\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Foam-Ceramic-Filter-Braz-Aluminium.jpg\" alt=\"Filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique, Braz Aluminium\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Foam-Ceramic-Filter-Braz-Aluminium.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Foam-Ceramic-Filter-Braz-Aluminium-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dans la pr\u00e9sente norme, l'indice de porosit\u00e9 est d\u00e9fini comme \u00e9tant sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 84%. L'uniformit\u00e9 des pores sert \u00e0 d\u00e9crire la diff\u00e9rence entre le nombre r\u00e9el de trous par tron\u00e7on de 25,4 mm dans la plaque filtrante et le nombre de trous th\u00e9oriquement requis.<\/p>\n<p>Plus l'espace est r\u00e9duit, meilleure est la qualit\u00e9 du produit ; si l'espace est trop grand, cela r\u00e9duira la capacit\u00e9 de la plaque filtrante \u00e0 retenir les impuret\u00e9s ou ralentira la vitesse de filtration de la fonte, ce qui ne permettra pas de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de production sp\u00e9cifiques de l'utilisateur.<\/p>\n<p>L'uniformit\u00e9 de la taille des pores d\u00e9pend principalement de la mousse utilis\u00e9e dans la fabrication du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-foam-filter-plates\/\">plaque filtrante en mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/a>.
