{"id":11498,"date":"2021-11-28T06:57:20","date_gmt":"2021-11-28T06:57:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=11498"},"modified":"2021-11-28T06:57:20","modified_gmt":"2021-11-28T06:57:20","slug":"inclusions-in-aluminum-alloys","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/inclusions-in-aluminum-alloys\/","title":{"rendered":"Inclusions dans les alliages d'aluminium"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les alliages d'aluminium se caract\u00e9risent par leur faible densit\u00e9, leur bas point de fusion, une solubilit\u00e9 en gaz n\u00e9gligeable \u00e0 l'exception de l'hydrog\u00e8ne, une excellente fluidit\u00e9, une bonne usinabilit\u00e9 et une bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion. Des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure constituent une exigence essentielle pour les composants structurels critiques utilis\u00e9s dans les industries automobile et a\u00e9rospatiale. La fabrication de ces pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es exige que les inclusions et la porosit\u00e9 des alliages d\u2019aluminium soient r\u00e9duites au minimum (voire \u00e9limin\u00e9es) afin de supprimer leur influence n\u00e9faste sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques, de sorte que ces derni\u00e8res soient alors principalement d\u00e9termin\u00e9es par la microstructure des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sence d'inclusions non m\u00e9talliques dures dans les alliages d'aluminium peut non seulement nuire aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques du produit fini, mais aussi entra\u00eener un certain nombre d'autres probl\u00e8mes lors du moulage sous pression, notamment :<\/p>\n<p>Diminution des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e<br \/>\nLa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction et l'allongement diminuent consid\u00e9rablement \u00e0 mesure que la teneur en inclusions augmente. Le m\u00e9tal pur se caract\u00e9rise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement par des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de traction \u00e9lev\u00e9es (limite d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9, r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction maximale, pourcentage d'allongement).<\/p>\n<p>Mauvaise usinabilit\u00e9 et usure importante des outils<br \/>\nCertaines des inclusions que l'on retrouve souvent dans la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e sont des particules c\u00e9ramiques cassantes et extr\u00eamement dures. La duret\u00e9 de certaines inclusions peut \u00eatre mesur\u00e9e sur l'\u00e9chelle de Mohs, o\u00f9 le diamant correspond \u00e0 10. Lorsque l'alliage en fusion est purifi\u00e9 par filtration avant le moulage, l'usinabilit\u00e9 s'am\u00e9liore consid\u00e9rablement.<\/p>\n<p>Perte de fluidit\u00e9 et de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s nourrissantes<br \/>\nLes inclusions pr\u00e9sentes dans le m\u00e9tal en fusion entra\u00eenent une diminution de sa fluidit\u00e9. La production de m\u00e9tal en fusion pur par <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-foam-filter-filtration\/\">filtration par filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/a> peut am\u00e9liorer consid\u00e9rablement la fluidit\u00e9, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 30% \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures de fonctionnement normales.<\/p>\n<p>Augmentation de la porosit\u00e9 des gaz<br \/>\nLa teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne dissous dans les masses fondues d\u2019alliages d\u2019aluminium est le principal facteur responsable de la formation de porosit\u00e9 gazeuse lors de la solidification. La limite de solubilit\u00e9 de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne dans l\u2019aluminium fondu est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, mais elle diminue consid\u00e9rablement \u00e0 mesure que le m\u00e9tal se solidifie, ce qui entra\u00eene la formation de porosit\u00e9 gazeuse. La porosit\u00e9 due aux gaz apr\u00e8s solidification d\u00e9pend non seulement de la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne du m\u00e9tal en fusion, mais aussi de la puret\u00e9 du m\u00e9tal. Les oxydes agissent comme sites de nucl\u00e9ation des pores et les hydrures se d\u00e9composent lors du refroidissement pour produire de l'hydrog\u00e8ne dissous.<\/p>\n<p>Mauvaise qualit\u00e9 de surface et manque d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 la pression<br \/>\nLes d\u00e9fauts observ\u00e9s dans les produits en aluminium, tels que les piq\u00fbres dans les t\u00f4les minces et les stries de rasoir sur les plaques lithographiques, sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dus \u00e0 des inclusions. Ces inclusions, dont le diam\u00e8tre effectif varie entre 10 et 20 m, peuvent, \u00e0 une concentration de quelques parties par million, nuire \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des produits lamin\u00e9s en
