Ces produits contribuent \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 globale, la productivit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des m\u00e9taux, tout en r\u00e9duisant l'intensit\u00e9 du travail et en permettant de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies sur les co\u00fbts de maintenance pouvant atteindre 60%.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que l'origine et la composition des d\u00e9chets d'aluminium sont tr\u00e8s complexes, il est n\u00e9cessaire de recourir \u00e0 des techniques adapt\u00e9es pour garantir un traitement efficace. Le graphite \u00e9tait auparavant le mat\u00e9riau le plus couramment utilis\u00e9 pour les rotors de d\u00e9gazage, mais il entra\u00eene des co\u00fbts de remplacement \u00e9lev\u00e9s et n\u00e9cessite des remplacements plus fr\u00e9quents. Compar\u00e9 au graphite, le carbure de silicium pr\u00e9sente une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019usure et \u00e0 l\u2019oxydation sup\u00e9rieure. La dur\u00e9e de vie du nouveau rotor est cinq fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des produits en graphite. Des essais montrent que sa dur\u00e9e de vie peut atteindre 800 cycles dans des applications de fluxage \u00e0 forte sollicitation.
