Le filtre \u00e0 lit profond peut retenir des particules sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 10 \u00b5m, avec un rendement de filtration \u00e9lev\u00e9, une grande capacit\u00e9 de filtration, une longue dur\u00e9e de vie et une bonne r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Cependant, il pr\u00e9sente un temps de pr\u00e9chauffage important et un co\u00fbt de remplacement \u00e9lev\u00e9, ce qui le rend adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la filtration de m\u00e9taux en fusion n\u00e9cessitant un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9 et une grande capacit\u00e9 de traitement.<\/p>\n<p>La composition chimique des inclusions non m\u00e9talliques qui se forment dans la masse fondue d'aluminium est tr\u00e8s stable, ce qui favorise facilement l'apparition de fissures dans les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es apr\u00e8s solidification. La pr\u00e9sence d'inclusions non m\u00e9talliques r\u00e9duit la fluidit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tal et diminue les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e. En raison de la grande duret\u00e9 des inclusions non m\u00e9talliques, les performances d\u2019usinage des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es seront r\u00e9duites. Les inclusions non m\u00e9talliques sont \u00e9galement associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la formation de trous dans les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es. Les inclusions non m\u00e9talliques pr\u00e9sentent une mauvaise mouillabilit\u00e9 par la masse fondue d\u2019aluminium et leur surface microscopiquement rugueuse peut facilement servir de noyaux pour la formation de pores ou de cavit\u00e9s de retrait. L'hydrog\u00e8ne pr\u00e9sent dans l'aluminium se d\u00e9pose facilement sur les inclusions non m\u00e9talliques et forme des pores apr\u00e8s refroidissement.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9limination des impuret\u00e9s non m\u00e9talliques peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par filtration. L'efficacit\u00e9 de la filtration d\u00e9pend principalement des conditions d'\u00e9coulement du m\u00e9tal en fusion dans le filtre, des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques et chimiques de la masse fondue, des inclusions et des param\u00e8tres g\u00e9om\u00e9triques du filtre.
