Le canal d'\u00e9coulement est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d'un dispositif d'\u00e9vacuation r\u00e9glable, en communication fluidique avec le syst\u00e8me de chicanes, qui permet d'\u00e9vacuer l'air r\u00e9glable sous le syst\u00e8me de chicanes, favorisant ainsi la formation de tourbillons et la pr\u00e9cipitation du milieu filtrant hors du fluide.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de chicanes est associ\u00e9 au <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/troughs-and-launders\/\">lavoir et auge<\/a>, ce qui facilite l'\u00e9limination des particules en suspension dans le fluide et permet de les d\u00e9poser dans la goulotte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La forme du fond de la goulotte optimise l'\u00e9coulement du fluide sous celle-ci. Id\u00e9alement, le fond de la goulotte est arrondi. Toutefois, le fond de la goulotte peut pr\u00e9senter toute autre forme appropri\u00e9e, telle qu'une forme carr\u00e9e ou triangulaire.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11953\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Launder-Baffle-System-1.jpg\" alt=\"Syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9flecteurs de lavage\" width=\"600\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Launder-Baffle-System-1.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Launder-Baffle-System-1-300x250.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La goulotte est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de chicanes qui guide le fluide de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu'il circule autour de la goulotte afin de favoriser un \u00e9coulement statique, ce qui favorise ainsi la pr\u00e9cipitation du milieu \u00e0 partir de l'aluminium fondu. Certaines chicanes du syst\u00e8me sont con\u00e7ues pour faciliter l'\u00e9vacuation de l'air contenu dans le fluide.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de chicanes de la goulotte comprend \u00e9galement plusieurs chicanes dispos\u00e9es parall\u00e8lement aux parois de la goulotte, qui guident sp\u00e9cifiquement le fluide et favorisent la s\u00e9paration des granul\u00e9s du fluide. Il est toutefois possible d\u2019int\u00e9grer une seule chicane parall\u00e8le de ce type dans le syst\u00e8me de chicanes. Cependant, \u00e0 mesure que le nombre de chicanes parall\u00e8les augmente, la s\u00e9dimentation du milieu \u00e0 partir du fluide s'intensifie.<\/p>\n<p>La structure de support maintient le syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9flecteurs en place par rapport \u00e0 la goulotte. Bien que le d\u00e9flecteur puisse n'\u00eatre associ\u00e9 qu'\u00e0 un seul c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la goulotte, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de le positionner des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de celle-ci afin
