Elle a pour fonction d'acheminer l'aluminium liquide vers l'interstice entre les deux rouleaux de coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le cylindre rotatif fait office de cristallisoir et permet en m\u00eame temps de laminer l'aluminium cristallis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/casting-and-rolling-process\/\">proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de coul\u00e9e-laminage<\/a> Le principe de fonctionnement du laminoir de coul\u00e9e consiste \u00e0 introduire en continu du m\u00e9tal en fusion dans l'interstice form\u00e9 entre deux cylindres refroidis \u00e0 l'eau tournant l'un par rapport \u00e0 l'autre, puis \u00e0 laminer en continu les bobines tout en les refroidissant et en les coulant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caract\u00e9ristiques des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de coul\u00e9e continue et de laminage \u00e0 double cylindre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Mettre en place une production continue de coul\u00e9e et de laminage, supprimer les \u00e9tapes de coul\u00e9e en lingots et de laminage \u00e0 chaud, et r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts.<br \/>\n2. L'\u00e9quipement est simple, la superficie est r\u00e9duite, l'investissement est modeste et la construction est rapide.<br \/>\n3. Un processus simple et un entretien ais\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9finition de la zone de coul\u00e9e-laminage : la zone de coul\u00e9e-laminage d\u00e9signe la zone situ\u00e9e entre l'axe central des deux cylindres (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9 \u00ab axe central des cylindres \u00bb) et le bord d'attaque de la pointe de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e en aluminium.<br \/>\nLa longueur de la zone de laminage \u00e0 chaud est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e avant le d\u00e9but du laminage. L'\u00e9paisseur de la t\u00f4le lamin\u00e9e \u00e0 chaud augmente, tandis que la surface lamin\u00e9e \u00e0 chaud diminue.<br \/>\n2. Le diam\u00e8tre du rouleau de coul\u00e9e augmente, ce qui entra\u00eene une augmentation de la surface de coul\u00e9e.<br \/>\n3. L'\u00e9paisseur du bec verseur augmente, et la surface de coul\u00e9e s'\u00e9tend.<br \/>\n4. La force de laminage de l'\u00e9quipement est importante, et la zone de coul\u00e9e et de laminage est agrandie.<br \/>\n5. La zone de laminage \u00e0 chaud de l'aluminium pur et des alliages tendres est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus longue, tandis que celle des alliages durs est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus courte.<\/p>\n<p>La pointe d'alimentation de fonderie est situ\u00e9e \u00e0 l'avant des cylindres des laminoirs utilis\u00e9s dans le secteur des alliages d'aluminium et sert \u00e0 guider les alliages d'aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>L'aluminium en fusion p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans la buse de coul\u00e9e par l'entr\u00e9e arri\u00e8re, puis est \u00e9vacu\u00e9 par la sortie avant ; il entre ensuite dans le cylindre, o\u00f9 il est refroidi par celui-ci et lamin\u00e9 pour former une billette coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la largeur de la billette coul\u00e9e et lamin\u00e9e est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par la largeur de sortie de la buse. Afin d'optimiser l'utilisation des \u00e9quipements et de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts d'exploitation, la largeur des t\u00f4les produites par les installations classiques de coul\u00e9e et de laminage est relativement importante, atteignant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 1 450 mm \u00e0 1 600 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les brames lamin\u00e9es \u00e0 chaud d'une largeur inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 800 mm, si l'on utilise une structure d'\u00e9quipement et un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication traditionnels, le rendement unitaire diminuera.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le processus de moulage d'alliages d'aluminium, des pinces pour buses sont n\u00e9cessaires pour soutenir et maintenir en place les buses fabriqu\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9fractaires (cassants, fragiles).<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9glage de l'ouverture de la buse, celui de la forme de la plaque et celui de la zone d'injection font l'objet d'ajustements importants.
