Depuis 2012, notre entreprise s'est lanc\u00e9e dans la R&amp;D de goulottes compl\u00e8tes, d'unit\u00e9s de d\u00e9gazage et d'unit\u00e9s de filtration \u00e0 plaques. Nous proposons des services d'int\u00e9gration pour la coul\u00e9e de haute pr\u00e9cision d'alliages d'aluminium.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/aluminum-casting-launder\/\">Canal de coul\u00e9e en aluminium<\/a> Cela permet d'\u00e9liminer les co\u00fbts li\u00e9s au mat\u00e9riel et \u00e0 la main-d'\u0153uvre, ainsi que les risques inh\u00e9rents au transfert de l'aluminium en fusion du four de fusion vers les trois fours de maintien \u00e0 l'aide de chariots \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs et de poches de transfert. La goulotte maintient \u00e9galement l'aluminium en fusion \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de consigne jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il atteigne les fours de maintien, ce qui \u00e9vite toute perte de temp\u00e9rature pendant le transfert.<\/p>\n<p>Dans l'ensemble, ce syst\u00e8me de goulottes de coul\u00e9e en aluminium permet de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies d'\u00e9nergie en supprimant deux \u00e9tapes de coul\u00e9e : l'une entre le four de fusion et la poche de transfert, et l'autre entre la poche de transfert et le four de maintien. Il \u00e9limine les oxydes et les zones durcies qui se forment \u00e0 chaque fois que l'aluminium en fusion est remu\u00e9, ce qui en fait une solution tr\u00e8s efficace pour le client.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12384\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Molten-Metal-Launder-System-2.jpg\" alt=\"Syst\u00e8me de goulottes pour m\u00e9tal en fusion\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Molten-Metal-Launder-System-2.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Molten-Metal-Launder-System-2-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce syst\u00e8me de goulottes en aluminium pr\u00e9sente les caract\u00e9ristiques suivantes :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Couvercles de chauffage \u00e0 commande pneumatique pour le canal de coul\u00e9e et le four de maintien, facilitant l'acc\u00e8s pour le nettoyage et l'entretien.<\/li>\n<li>Les rev\u00eatements en panneaux de silicate de calcium hautement isolants, qui ne permettent pas \u00e0 l'aluminium d'adh\u00e9rer naturellement, permettent d'\u00e9conomiser de l'\u00e9nergie et facilitent grandement le nettoyage.<\/li>\n<li>Un robinet de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans un embout viss\u00e9 sur la goulotte permet de pr\u00e9lever du m\u00e9tal destin\u00e9 aux fours de maintien \u00e0 distance qui ne sont pas raccord\u00e9s au nouveau syst\u00e8me de goulottes.<\/li>\n<li>Ce syst\u00e8me de goulotte en aluminium \u00e0 chauffage par r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lectrique est test\u00e9 et r\u00e9gl\u00e9 en usine avant exp\u00e9dition afin de r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9lais d'installation et de mise en service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de goulottes pour m\u00e9tal en fusion est dot\u00e9 d'un rev\u00eatement \u00e0 longue dur\u00e9e de vie. Il utilise un nouveau mat\u00e9riau de fusion \u00e0 haute teneur en silicium, r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la corrosion, antiadh\u00e9sif pour l'aluminium en fusion et non polluant pour ce dernier. Il permet de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de la coul\u00e9e d'aluminium \u00e0 haute valeur ajout\u00e9e et aux performances de pointe.<\/p>\n<p>Le canal de coul\u00e9e pour m\u00e9tal en fusion est install\u00e9 entre le four et la machine de coul\u00e9e et remplit une double fonction : le transport et l'isolation. Il est principalement utilis\u00e9 pour le transport de l'aluminium en fusion entre le four, le four de purification, la plate-forme de coul\u00e9e, l'unit\u00e9 de d\u00e9gazage et l'unit\u00e9 de
