M\u00e9canisme de filtration et de purification de l'aluminium en fusion \u00e0 l'aide d'une plaque c\u00e9ramique alv\u00e9ol\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le m\u00e9canisme de filtration et de purification de l'aluminium fondu par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/filter-foundry\/\">filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique pour la filtration du m\u00e9tal en fusion<\/a> est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u00e9crit comme un m\u00e9canisme d\u2019interception par diffusion et par collision inertielle, ou un m\u00e9canisme de filtrage par couche s\u00e9dimentaire et par filtration en lit profond. Le laboratoire national cl\u00e9 de l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Tsinghua a mis au point un mod\u00e8le physique tridimensionnel et un mod\u00e8le d\u2019\u00e9coulement diphasique pour le m\u00e9canisme de filtration des c\u00e9ramiques alv\u00e9olaires, et a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des calculs de simulation qui nous sont tr\u00e8s utiles pour \u00e9tudier la filtration et la purification de l\u2019aluminium fondu. Le processus de filtration et de purification de l\u2019aluminium fondu \u00e0 l\u2019aide de plaques en c\u00e9ramique alv\u00e9ol\u00e9e est tr\u00e8s complexe ; il s\u2019agit d\u2019un processus combinant la physico-chimie \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et la cin\u00e9tique m\u00e9tallurgique. Quant aux ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de tamisage, de collision, de s\u00e9dimentation, d\u2019interception et de filtration, ils sont relativement faciles \u00e0 comprendre. Nous avons analys\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re exhaustive de nombreux param\u00e8tres obtenus lors du processus de filtration de l\u2019aluminium fondu \u00e0 l\u2019aide de plaques en c\u00e9ramique alv\u00e9ol\u00e9e, et nous avons formul\u00e9 les conclusions suivantes :<\/p>\n<p>(1) Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'interception par tamisage, \u00e0 l'interception par diffusion, au frottement, \u00e0 la s\u00e9dimentation et \u00e0 d'autres m\u00e9canismes de filtration m\u00e9canique, l'efficacit\u00e9 de filtration est proportionnelle \u00e0 l'ouverture des mailles de la plaque en c\u00e9ramique alv\u00e9ol\u00e9e. Plus les mailles sont fines, plus la capacit\u00e9 d'interception des petites particules d'impuret\u00e9s est \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'effet de la couche de d\u00e9p\u00f4t ou de la couche de g\u00e2teau de filtration, combin\u00e9 au d\u00e9p\u00f4t des particules d'impuret\u00e9s dans la masse fondue et aux parois de support en forme de grille convexe, courb\u00e9es et interconnect\u00e9es de la plaque filtrante, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 retenir les particules de la phase d'impuret\u00e9s est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>(3) La surface rugueuse form\u00e9e par les interstices \u00e0 la surface du corps de support du r\u00e9seau augmente l'\u00e9nergie interfaciale entre le flux d'aluminium en fusion et la surface du corps en c\u00e9ramique, ce qui favorise un \u00e9coulement plus d\u00e9sordonn\u00e9 des particules d'impuret\u00e9s dans le flux d'aluminium en fusion, ce qui facilite la capture des particules solides d\u00e9pos\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>(4) En raison des fissures microscopiques et des pores minuscules pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 la surface de la structure en r\u00e9seau, le flux de fluorure, qui pr\u00e9sente une forte affinit\u00e9 pour les particules d\u2019Al\u2082O\u2083, se d\u00e9pose au pr\u00e9alable, ce qui favorise la formation d\u2019une couche de g\u00e2teau de filtration compl\u00e8te et une forte force d\u2019adsorption chimique, et renforce ainsi la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 capturer et \u00e0 retenir les particules de la phase d\u2019impuret\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>(5) Au cours du processus de fusion du m\u00e9tal et sous l\u2019effet du champ de temp\u00e9rature li\u00e9 au transfert thermique, une diff\u00e9rence de concentration du solut\u00e9 d\u2019alliage se forme in\u00e9vitablement, et le m\u00e9tal en fusion subit des cycles de redistribution, d\u2019int\u00e9gration, puis de nouvelle redistribution et d\u2019int\u00e9gration. C\u2019est \u00e9galement ce processus qui constitue l\u2019alliage. Dans certains m\u00e9taux \u00e0 point de fusion \u00e9lev\u00e9, les phases et les compos\u00e9s se r\u00e9agr\u00e8gent et se d\u00e9veloppent, tandis que les petites phases d\u2019impuret\u00e9s s\u2019agr\u00e8gent et se d\u00e9veloppent \u00e9galement, ce qui facilite leur captage par filtration. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne s\u2019explique par les variations des concentrations de HAl\u2082O\u2083, de la phase Fe et de la phase T avant et apr\u00e8s filtration. En particulier, l\u2019effet de la filtration en deux \u00e9tapes ou de la filtration sur plaque \u00e9paisse \u00e0 gradient de pores est plus marqu\u00e9. Par cons\u00e9quent, dans les m\u00eames conditions, la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/filter-foundry\/\">filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique pour la filtration du m\u00e9tal en fusion<\/a> pr\u00e9sente un taux \u00e9lev\u00e9 d'\u00e9limination de la phase d'impuret\u00e9s dans la masse d'aluminium en fusion ; la variation de la diff\u00e9rence de pression statique avant et apr\u00e8s filtration \u00e9volue davantage avec le temps, et la variation du volume de masse d'aluminium en fusion avant et apr\u00e8s filtration est \u00e9galement notable.
