{"id":17998,"date":"2022-08-23T06:47:11","date_gmt":"2022-08-23T06:47:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=17998"},"modified":"2022-08-24T07:52:59","modified_gmt":"2022-08-24T07:52:59","slug":"ceramic-foam-results-discussion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-foam-results-discussion\/","title":{"rendered":"Discussion sur les r\u00e9sultats concernant la mousse c\u00e9ramique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/porous-ceramic-filter-product\/\">Mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/a> Discussion des r\u00e9sultats<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.1 Appr\u00eat et mouillage<\/strong><strong>dans<\/strong><strong>g<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/porous-ceramic-filter-product\/\">mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/a> Le filtre Bowland est normalement mis en service \u00e0 l'aide d'une colonne de liquide m\u00e9tallique par gravit\u00e9, avec une proc\u00e9dure de pr\u00e9chauffage recommand\u00e9e. En d'autres termes, la colonne de liquide m\u00e9tallique par gravit\u00e9 force le m\u00e9tal \u00e0 p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans la mousse c\u00e9ramique et \u00e0 la traverser, d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant ainsi une grande partie de l'air pi\u00e9g\u00e9. Les mauvaises caract\u00e9ristiques de mouillage de l\u2019alumine et de l\u2019aluminium, ainsi que la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9liminer l\u2019air emprisonn\u00e9, peuvent entra\u00eener des difficult\u00e9s au d\u00e9but du processus de filtration (en particulier avec des filtres \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9 de pores). Les hauteurs typiques des colonnes d\u2019amor\u00e7age industrielles, pour diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories de filtres commerciaux, sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es sur la figure 2. Comme le montre la figure, la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un champ \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique permet de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement la hauteur de colonne de m\u00e9tal n\u00e9cessaire lors de l\u2019amor\u00e7age.<\/p>\n<p>Sur les figures 3 (a) et (b), on peut voir des images m\u00e9tallographiques du 50 80PPIi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/porous-ceramic-filter-product\/\">mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/a> Les r\u00e9sultats d'une exp\u00e9rience d'amor\u00e7age par gravit\u00e9 avec une t\u00eate m\u00e9tallique de 100 mm plac\u00e9e au-dessus de l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment filtrant sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s ci-apr\u00e8s. Comme le montrent les figures, les exp\u00e9riences ont \u00e9chou\u00e9 et le m\u00e9tal en fusion s\u2019est solidifi\u00e9 sur les \u00e9l\u00e9ments filtrants, sans que le m\u00e9tal ne p\u00e9n\u00e8tre pratiquement pas dans les filtres. Ce r\u00e9sultat \u00e9tait toutefois pr\u00e9visible au vu des donn\u00e9es d\u2019amor\u00e7age industrielles pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es \u00e0 la figure 2.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de l'application d'un champ magn\u00e9tique de -0,16 T, les filtres \u00e9tudi\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 presque parfaitement impr\u00e9gn\u00e9s et mouill\u00e9s \u00e0 l'aide de la m\u00eame t\u00eate m\u00e9tallique de 100 mm ; voir les figures 3 (c) et (d) repr\u00e9sentant les r\u00e9sultats obtenus pour une dur\u00e9e de traitement de 3 \u00d7 10 minutes. Les micrographies au MEB obtenues montrent un mouillage nettement am\u00e9lior\u00e9, ainsi qu\u2019une \u00e9limination efficace des gaz gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une dur\u00e9e d\u2019agitation \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique accrue. Les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes d\u2019agitation \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique font d\u00e9sormais l\u2019objet d\u2019une demande de brevet d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par les auteurs du pr\u00e9sent article %<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_18004\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-18004\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-18004\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/83.jpg\" alt=\"mousse c\u00e9ramique\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/83.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/83-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/83-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/83-120x120.jpg 120w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-18004\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>2. Redistribution des particules<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de la filtration par gravit\u00e9, on observe couramment la formation d\u2019un g\u00e2teau de filtration dense au-dessus de la mousse c\u00e9ramique, ainsi que des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de pontage et de colmatage dans la partie sup\u00e9rieure du filtre. Des changements profonds dans la r\u00e9partition des particules, tant \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur qu\u2019au-dessous du m\u00e9dia filtrant, ont toutefois \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9s dans le pr\u00e9sent travail sous l\u2019influence du champ \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique (voir fig. 4). Comme le montre la figure, lors de l\u2019utilisation de forces \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques, la densit\u00e9 de particules la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e dans la zone 2. De plus, le reflux de la masse fondue provoqu\u00e9 par la courbure des forces de Lorentz a entra\u00een\u00e9 une concentration plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de particules dans la zone 3 \u00e9galement. La zone 4, en revanche, \u00e9tait pratiquement exempte de particules, le fluide propre r\u00e9int\u00e9grant le filtre par le bas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sente \u00e9tude a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu'en appliquant un champ \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique, on obtient une am\u00e9lioration significative du mouillage entre l'alumine et l'aluminium liquide \u00e0 30, 50 et 80 PPI. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/porous-ceramic-filter-product\/\">mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/a> peut \u00eatre obtenu avec une r\u00e9duction significative de la hauteur manom\u00e9trique requise. Un amor\u00e7age quasi parfait des filtres \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9 de pores a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9. Une redistribution des particules \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e. Sur cette base, il appara\u00eet clairement que l\u2019\u00e9coulement en masse induit par voie \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique emp\u00eache le colmatage des m\u00e9dias filtrants et fait passer le mode de filtration de la filtration en g\u00e2teau \u00e0 la filtration en lit profond et \u00e0 la filtration en g\u00e2teau au sein du lit pour les filtres \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9 de pores.<\/p>\n<p>Les auteurs tiennent \u00e0 exprimer leur gratitude \u00e0 Egil Torsetnes (NTNU, Trondheim, Norv\u00e8ge) pour son aide dans la conception et la construction du dispositif exp\u00e9rimental.
