{"id":18044,"date":"2022-08-24T01:56:01","date_gmt":"2022-08-24T01:56:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=18044"},"modified":"2022-08-24T07:09:19","modified_gmt":"2022-08-24T07:09:19","slug":"bn-coating-high-and-stable-quality","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/bn-coating-high-and-stable-quality\/","title":{"rendered":"Rev\u00eatement bn : qualit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et constante"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/boron-nitride-coating\/\">Rev\u00eatement bn : qualit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et constante<\/a>, le contenu qui suit s'articule autour de ce th\u00e8me central.<\/p>\n<p>L'alliage d'essai est le T1-50% (fraction atomique identique \u00e0 celle de l'alliage \u00e0 m\u00e9moire de forme ci-dessous), fourni par l'Institut de recherche sur les m\u00e9taux non ferreux de P\u00e9kin.<\/p>\n<p>L'essai de r\u00e9action d'interface entre la coque et l'alliage de titane a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans un four \u00e0 chauffage par induction sous vide de fabrication artisanale : l'alliage de titane a \u00e9t\u00e9 chauff\u00e9 dans un creuset en oxyde de calcium, et le four \u00e0 induction a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sous vide jusqu'\u00e0 7 Pa. Afin d\u2019\u00e9viter toute d\u00e9charge de la bobine d\u2019induction, le four a \u00e9t\u00e9 rempli d\u2019argon pur sous haute pression \u00e0 des fins de protection. Les temp\u00e9ratures de coul\u00e9e de l\u2019alliage sont respectivement de 1 470 \u2103 et 1 600 \u2103 ; la pi\u00e8ce a \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9e une fois que la temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e est redescendue \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Afin d'\u00e9tudier la couche de r\u00e9action \u00e0 la surface de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e, celle-ci n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 soumise \u00e0 un grenaillage ni \u00e0 un d\u00e9capage ; seule la coque du moule a \u00e9t\u00e9 nettoy\u00e9e, puis un \u00e9chantillon a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 par d\u00e9coupe au fil.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9chantillons ont fait l'objet d'une analyse histologique \u00e0 l'aide d'un microscope \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 balayage S-570 \u00e9quip\u00e9 d'un syst\u00e8me EDS et d'une sonde \u00e9lectronique JAX-8100.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_18045\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-18045\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-18045\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/\u56fe\u5c420.png\" alt=\"Rev\u00eatement bn : qualit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et constante\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/\u56fe\u5c420.png 600w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/\u56fe\u5c420-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/\u56fe\u5c420-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/\u56fe\u5c420-120x120.png 120w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-18045\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Rev\u00eatement bn : qualit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et constante<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>1 R\u00e9sultats des essais et discussion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.1  Analyse de l'interface de r\u00e9action entre l'enveloppe composite \u00e0 base de rev\u00eatement bn et l'alliage titane-nickel. Le point de fusion du T1<\/p>\n<p>La temp\u00e9rature de transition de l'alliage \u00e0 m\u00e9moire de forme 50%N est de 1 321 \u00b0C. Dans le cadre de cette exp\u00e9rience, des \u00e9chantillons d'alliage \u00e0 m\u00e9moire de forme T1-50%1 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9s dans des moules composites \u00e0 rev\u00eatement \u00e0 base de bn \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures de coul\u00e9e de 1 470 et 1 600 \u00b0C, respectivement. La figure 1 pr\u00e9sente une photographie \u00e0 faible grossissement de pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es en alliage titane-nickel r\u00e9alis\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de moules composites \u00e0 rev\u00eatement de BN \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes temp\u00e9ratures de coul\u00e9e. On constate qu\u2019\u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e normale de 1 470 \u00b0C, la surface de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e en alliage titane-nickel pr\u00e9par\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide du moule composite \u00e0 rev\u00eatement de BN est lisse et ne pr\u00e9sente aucun ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d\u2019adh\u00e9rence de sable, comme le montre la figure 1(a). Cela d\u00e9montre que la coque composite \u00e0 rev\u00eatement de BN pr\u00e9sente une bonne r\u00e9sistance aux chocs thermiques et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9rosion par le m\u00e9tal en fusion, qu\u2019elle peut r\u00e9sister \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9rosion par la masse fondue d\u2019alliage de titane \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et qu\u2019elle fait preuve d\u2019une bonne capacit\u00e9 de remodelage. Afin d\u2019\u00e9tudier la r\u00e9action entre le moule composite \u00e0 rev\u00eatement de BN et l\u2019alliage titane-nickel dans des conditions de surchauffe extr\u00eame, la temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9e \u00e0 600 \u2103.<\/p>\n<p>La figure 2 pr\u00e9sente une photographie au microscope \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 balayage de coupes transversales verticales de pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es en titane-nickel coul\u00e9es dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/boron-nitride-coating\/\">Rev\u00eatement bn : qualit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et constante<\/a>- par d\u00e9coupe au fil \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes temp\u00e9ratures de coul\u00e9e. La figure montre que des phases irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res d\u2019alliage de titane sont r\u00e9parties sur la matrice des \u00e9chantillons pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes temp\u00e9ratures, et que les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es en titane-nickel pr\u00e9sentent une bonne compacit\u00e9, sans pores ni porosit\u00e9 de retrait apparents. Il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019inclusions de grosses particules dans la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e (la taille des particules de Y\u2082O\u2083 dans la couche superficielle de la coque composite \u00e0 rev\u00eatement de haute qualit\u00e9 et stable est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 36 \u00b5m, la taille des particules de BN est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 30 \u00b5m, et la taille des particules d\u2019oxyde d\u2019yttrium utilis\u00e9es pour le pon\u00e7age est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 120 \u00b5m), ce qui indique que la coque du moule composite \u00e0 rev\u00eatement pr\u00e9sente une tr\u00e8s bonne r\u00e9fractarit\u00e9. \u00c0 1 470 \u00b0C, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/boron-nitride-coating\/\">Rev\u00eatement bn : qualit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et constante<\/a>Le moule composite \u00e0 base de BN et le bain de fusion en alliage de titane ne r\u00e9agissent pratiquement pas. M\u00eame sous l'action abrasive du bain de fusion en alliage de titane-nickel \u00e0 1 600 \u2103, aucun probl\u00e8me d'\u00e9caillage ni de d\u00e9tachement de particules n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9. Par cons\u00e9quent, lorsque le moule composite \u00e0 rev\u00eatement bn est utilis\u00e9 pour l\u2019alliage titane-nickel, il permet non seulement de garantir la forme du moule, mais aussi d\u2019assurer la puret\u00e9 de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e en alliage.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>bn coating high and stable quality\uff0c the following content revolves around this center.
