Elles comprennent la fluidit\u00e9, le retrait, l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l'air, les contraintes de coul\u00e9e et l'effet getter. Ces caract\u00e9ristiques d\u00e9pendent de la composition de l'alliage, mais sont \u00e9galement li\u00e9es \u00e0 des facteurs propres \u00e0 la coul\u00e9e, tels que la temp\u00e9rature de chauffage de l'alliage, la complexit\u00e9 de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e, le syst\u00e8me de masselottes et de canaux d'alimentation, ainsi que la forme de la buse, etc.<\/p>\n<h2>Performances de la coul\u00e9e d'alliages d'aluminium<\/h2>\n<p>Les caract\u00e9ristiques de coul\u00e9e des alliages d'aluminium comprennent la fluidit\u00e9, la contractilit\u00e9, la fissuration thermique, l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l'air, les contraintes de coul\u00e9e et l'inspirabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fluidit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La fluidit\u00e9 d\u00e9signe la capacit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tal en fusion \u00e0 remplir le moule. Le degr\u00e9 de fluidit\u00e9 d\u00e9termine si l'alliage permet de r\u00e9aliser des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es complexes. Parmi les alliages d'aluminium, c'est l'alliage eutectique qui pr\u00e9sente la meilleure fluidit\u00e9. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, le processus de passage de l'\u00e9tat liquide \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat solide, en passant par la solidification et le refroidissement, se divise en trois phases : le retrait \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat liquide, le retrait de solidification et le retrait \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat solide. Le retrait de l'alliage a une influence d\u00e9terminante sur la qualit\u00e9 de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e. Il influe sur la taille progressive des cavit\u00e9s de retrait, l'apparition de contraintes, la formation de fissures et la variation dimensionnelle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Craquage thermique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'apparition de fissures thermiques dans les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es en aluminium est principalement due au fait que la contrainte de retrait des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es d\u00e9passe la force d'adh\u00e9rence entre les grains m\u00e9talliques. La plupart de ces fissures se forment le long des joints de grains. Au niveau de la fissure, le m\u00e9tal est souvent oxyd\u00e9 et perd son \u00e9clat. Les fissures s'\u00e9tendent le long du joint de grains ; elles pr\u00e9sentent une forme en zigzag, avec une surface plus large \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur et plus \u00e9troite \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur. Certaines traversent ainsi la face d'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l'air<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l'air d'un alliage d'aluminium moul\u00e9 d\u00e9signe la capacit\u00e9 d'une pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e en aluminium de type cavit\u00e9 \u00e0 ne pas pr\u00e9senter de fuite sous l'action d'un gaz ou d'un liquide \u00e0 haute pression. L'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l'air refl\u00e8te en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 le degr\u00e9 de compacit\u00e9 et de puret\u00e9 de la structure interne de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e. L'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l'air d'un alliage d'aluminium moul\u00e9 est li\u00e9e aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de l'alliage. Plus la plage de solidification de l'alliage est \u00e9troite, moins celui-ci a tendance \u00e0 se d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ger, et plus les pores de pr\u00e9cipitation sont petits, plus l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l'air de l'alliage est \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Plus la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne du bain d'alliage d'aluminium est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus le nombre de porosit\u00e9s capillaires pr\u00e9sentes dans la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e est important. Ces porosit\u00e9s capillaires r\u00e9duisent l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l'air et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e, et diminuent \u00e9galement les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques de l'alliage. Les conditions de fusion sont d\u00e9terminantes pour obtenir des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es en aluminium sans pores ou comportant tr\u00e8s peu de pores. Si l'on ajoute <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/tundish-flux\/\">agent de recouvrement<\/a> Au cours de la fusion, le volume d'absorption de l'alliage est consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duit. Les contraintes thermiques sont dues \u00e0 l'\u00e9paisseur in\u00e9gale et au refroidissement irr\u00e9gulier. Une contrainte de compression se forme au niveau des parois minces, ce qui entra\u00eene l'apparition de contraintes r\u00e9siduelles dans la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e. Les contraintes de transformation de phase sont dues au changement de phase qui se produit pendant le processus de refroidissement apr\u00e8s la solidification, ainsi qu\u2019aux variations de volume et de dimensions qui en r\u00e9sultent. Les contraintes de retrait sont dues \u00e0 la contrainte de traction provoqu\u00e9e par l\u2019obstruction du moule et du noyau lorsque la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e en aluminium se r\u00e9tracte. Ces contraintes sont temporaires et disparaissent automatiquement lors du d\u00e9moulage de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e en aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, un temps de d\u00e9moulage inappropri\u00e9 entra\u00eene souvent des fissures thermiques ; les alliages d\u2019aluminium moul\u00e9s dans des moules m\u00e9talliques sont notamment sujets \u00e0 ce type de fissures lorsqu\u2019ils sont soumis \u00e0 de telles contraintes. Les contraintes r\u00e9siduelles pr\u00e9sentes dans l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium moul\u00e9 r\u00e9duisent les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques de l\u2019alliage et affectent la pr\u00e9cision d\u2019usinage de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e. Les contraintes r\u00e9siduelles des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es en aluminium peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9es par recuit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inspiratoire<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les alliages d'aluminium absorbent facilement l'hydrog\u00e8ne gazeux, et cette absorption est la principale caract\u00e9ristique des alliages d'aluminium moul\u00e9s. Plus la temp\u00e9rature de la solution d'alliage d'aluminium est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus la quantit\u00e9 d'hydrog\u00e8ne absorb\u00e9e est importante. \u00c0 700 \u00b0C, la solubilit\u00e9 de l'hydrog\u00e8ne pour 100 g d'aluminium est comprise entre 0,5 et 0,9. Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature est port\u00e9e \u00e0 850 \u00b0C, la solubilit\u00e9 de l'hydrog\u00e8ne est multipli\u00e9e par 2 \u00e0 3. En pr\u00e9sence d'impuret\u00e9s de m\u00e9taux alcalins, la solubilit\u00e9 de l'hydrog\u00e8ne dans l'aluminium fondu augmente consid\u00e9rablement.<\/p>\n<p>Outre le gettering qui se produit pendant la fusion, les alliages d\u2019aluminium moul\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e8rent \u00e9galement du gettering lors de la coul\u00e9e dans le moule. Une partie de ce gaz in\u00e9vitable reste dans la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e et forme des poches d'air, commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9es \u201c piq\u00fbres \u201d. Ce gaz s'associe parfois \u00e0 la cavit\u00e9 de retrait, et le gaz pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9 dans l'aluminium liquide reste alors dans cette cavit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Si la pression g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par la bulle est tr\u00e8s forte, la surface du pore est lisse et un cercle de couche brillante entoure le trou.
