Normalement, la temp\u00e9rature de l'eau de refroidissement est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 20, mais en raison des conditions climatiques r\u00e9gionales, les diff\u00e9rences li\u00e9es aux conditions des installations d'alimentation en eau et \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de l'usine ont entra\u00een\u00e9 d'importantes variations, ce qui se traduit par des d\u00e9fauts de qualit\u00e9 des lingots \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle r\u00e9gionale ou saisonni\u00e8re.
