L'aluminium a tendance \u00e0 former facilement de l'Al\u2082O\u2083 ou de la sous-alumine au contact de l'oxyg\u00e8ne. Parall\u00e8lement, il absorbe tr\u00e8s facilement l'hydrog\u00e8ne gazeux (H), dont la teneur repr\u00e9sente 70% \u00e0 90% du gaz total pr\u00e9sent dans le bain d\u2019aluminium fondu ; les principaux d\u00e9fauts des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es en alliage d\u2019aluminium sont les pores et les inclusions de scories, qui sont dus au gaz et aux particules solides issues de l\u2019oxydation restant dans l\u2019alliage. Par cons\u00e9quent, afin d\u2019obtenir une masse fondue de haute qualit\u00e9, la fonderie d\u2019aluminium doit non seulement choisir un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fusion correct et adapt\u00e9, mais aussi accorder une grande importance \u00e0 l\u2019affinage et \u00e0 la purification de la masse fondue. Il existe de nombreuses m\u00e9thodes d\u2019affinage et de purification des masses fondues d\u2019aluminium et d\u2019alliages d\u2019aluminium, notamment la m\u00e9thode par flottation, la m\u00e9thode d\u2019affinage par fondant, la m\u00e9thode de filtration de la masse fondue, la m\u00e9thode sous vide et la m\u00e9thode combin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d'affinage au flux pour alliages d'aluminium<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/flux-for-aluminum-refining\/\">Flux pour l'affinage de l'aluminium<\/a> est largement utilis\u00e9 dans la production d'aluminium primaire et d'aluminium recycl\u00e9 afin d'am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de la masse fondue et le taux de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de l'aluminium m\u00e9tallique.<br \/>\nLe flux remplit quatre fonctions :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Modifier la mouillabilit\u00e9 de l'aluminium fondu par rapport \u00e0 l'oxyde (alumine), de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que l'aluminium fondu se s\u00e9pare facilement de l'oxyde. Ainsi, la majeure partie de l'oxyde est entra\u00een\u00e9e par le flux, ce qui r\u00e9duit la teneur en oxyde du bain fondu.<\/li>\n<li>Le flux peut modifier l'\u00e9tat du film d'oxyde \u00e0 la surface de la masse fondue. En effet, il peut fragmenter en fines particules le film d'oxyde solide et dense qui recouvre la surface de la masse fondue, ce qui favorise la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de l'hydrog\u00e8ne pr\u00e9sent dans la masse fondue \u00e0 travers les interstices entre les particules, puis son \u00e9chappement.<\/li>\n<li>L'existence de la couche de flux permet d'isoler le contact entre la vapeur d'eau pr\u00e9sente dans l'atmosph\u00e8re et l'aluminium en fusion, ce qui rend difficile la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de l'hydrog\u00e8ne dans l'aluminium en fusion et, parall\u00e8lement, emp\u00eache la combustion oxydante de la masse en fusion.<\/li>\n<li>Le fondant peut absorber les oxydes pr\u00e9sents dans la masse d'aluminium en fusion, ce qui permet de purifier celle-ci. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, l'effet d'affinage par fondant visant \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les inclusions repose principalement sur l'adsorption, la dissolution et l'interaction chimique avec le film d'oxyde et les inclusions non m\u00e9talliques pr\u00e9sents dans la masse en fusion.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4452\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Flux-Refining-1.jpg\" alt=\"Affinage au flux\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Flux-Refining-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Flux-Refining-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Classification des flux<\/h2>\n<p>Il existe de nombreux types de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/fluxes\/\">flux<\/a> utilis\u00e9s dans la fusion des alliages d'aluminium, qui peuvent \u00eatre class\u00e9s en deux grandes cat\u00e9gories : les agents de recouvrement (fondants destin\u00e9s \u00e0 emp\u00eacher la combustion oxydative de la masse fondue et les getteurs) et les agents d'affinage (fondants destin\u00e9s au d\u00e9gazage et \u00e0 l'\u00e9limination des inclusions). Selon les alliages d'aluminium utilis\u00e9s, les agents de recouvrement et les agents d'affinage varient. Cependant, tout flux utilis\u00e9 dans le processus de fusion des alliages d'aluminium doit r\u00e9pondre aux conditions suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le point de fusion doit \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de fusion de l'alliage d'aluminium.<\/li>\n<li>La densit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de l'alliage d'aluminium.<\/li>\n<li>Il permet d'absorber et de dissoudre les inclusions pr\u00e9sentes dans la masse fondue, et d'en \u00e9liminer les gaz.<\/li>\n<li>Il ne doit pas entrer en r\u00e9action chimique avec le m\u00e9tal ni avec le rev\u00eatement du four. S'il interagit avec le m\u00e9tal, il ne doit produire qu'un gaz inerte insoluble dans le m\u00e9tal, et le fondant doit \u00eatre insoluble dans le m\u00e9tal fondu.<\/li>\n<li>L'hygroscopicit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre faible et la pression d'\u00e9vaporation doit \u00eatre basse.<\/li>\n<li>Il ne doit pas contenir ni d\u00e9gager d'impuret\u00e9s ni de gaz nocifs.<\/li>\n<li>Il doit pr\u00e9senter une viscosit\u00e9 et une fluidit\u00e9 ad\u00e9quates.<\/li>\n<li>Il est facile \u00e0 fabriquer et peu co\u00fbteux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Flux refining is
