{"id":2065,"date":"2020-05-27T10:23:01","date_gmt":"2020-05-27T10:23:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/?p=2065"},"modified":"2020-09-03T03:20:25","modified_gmt":"2020-09-03T03:20:25","slug":"fluxes-for-aluminum-alloys","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/fluxes-for-aluminum-alloys\/","title":{"rendered":"Flux pour alliages d'aluminium"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les fondants destin\u00e9s aux alliages d'aluminium sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement compos\u00e9s de chlorures et de fluorures de m\u00e9taux alcalins et alcalino-terreux ; leurs principaux composants sont le KCl, le NaCl, le CaF, le Na\u2083AlF\u2086, le Na\u2082SiF\u2086, etc. Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques et chimiques des fondants (point de fusion, densit\u00e9, viscosit\u00e9, volatilit\u00e9, hygroscopicit\u00e9 et interaction avec les oxydes) jouent un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans l'efficacit\u00e9 de l'affinage.<\/p>\n<h2>Flux pour alliages d'aluminium<\/h2>\n<p>Le sel de chlorure est le composant de base le plus courant dans les fondants pour alliages d'aluminium, et le m\u00e9lange de NaCl (45%) et de KCl (55%) est le plus largement utilis\u00e9. En effet, ils poss\u00e8dent une forte capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s'infiltrer dans l'Al\u2082O\u2083 solide, les inclusions et le film d'oxyde, et la densit\u00e9 du NaCl et du KCl \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de fusion n'est respectivement que de 1,55 g\/cm\u00b3 et 1,50 g\/cm\u00b3, ce qui est nettement inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celle de l'aluminium fondu. Par cons\u00e9quent, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/fluxes\/\">Flux<\/a> Pour les alliages d'aluminium, il se r\u00e9partit bien \u00e0 la surface du bain d'aluminium en fusion, broie et adsorbe le film d'oxyde pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 la surface du bain. Cependant, avec un fondant contenant uniquement des sels de chlorure, le processus de broyage et d'adsorption se d\u00e9roule lentement ; il est donc n\u00e9cessaire de remuer manuellement pour l'acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer. Le chlorure pr\u00e9sente une faible tension superficielle et une bonne mouillabilit\u00e9, ce qui en fait un agent de recouvrement appropri\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Une petite quantit\u00e9 de sels fluor\u00e9s, tels que le NaF, le Na\u2083AlF\u2086 et le CaF\u2082, est ajout\u00e9e au m\u00e9lange de sels chlor\u00e9s, principalement \u00e0 des fins d'affinage. Le flux \u00e0 base de sels fluor\u00e9s permet \u00e9galement d'\u00e9liminer efficacement le film d'oxyde pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 la surface de la masse fondue et d'am\u00e9liorer l'effet de d\u00e9gazage.<\/p>\n<p>(1) Le fluorure peut r\u00e9agir chimiquement avec l'aluminium fondu pour former des compos\u00e9s gazeux tels que l'AlF, le SiF\u2084, le BF\u2083, etc. Ces compos\u00e9s favorisent la s\u00e9paration du film d'oxyde de l'aluminium fondu et compriment ce film d'oxyde.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Le courant g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 l'interface o\u00f9 se produit la r\u00e9action ci-dessus provoque \u00e9galement le \u201c lavage \u201d et la rupture du film d'oxyde. Par cons\u00e9quent, la pr\u00e9sence du sel fluor\u00e9 acc\u00e9l\u00e8re consid\u00e9rablement le processus de destruction du film d'oxyde \u00e0 la surface de l'aluminium en fusion, et l'hydrog\u00e8ne pr\u00e9sent dans la masse fondue peut s'\u00e9chapper facilement.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Le fluorure (en particulier le CaF\u2082) peut augmenter la tension superficielle du m\u00e9lange de sels fondus, sph\u00e9ro\u00efdiser le sel fondu de l'oxyde adsorb\u00e9, faciliter sa s\u00e9paration de la masse fondue et r\u00e9duire les pertes dues aux scories pi\u00e9g\u00e9es dans l'aluminium.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4443\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Fluxes-for-Aluminum-Alloys-1.jpg\" alt=\"Flux pour alliages d&#039;aluminium\" width=\"400\" height=\"320\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Fluxes-for-Aluminum-Alloys-1.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Fluxes-for-Aluminum-Alloys-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e9thode d'affinage par flux<\/h2>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/refining-flux\/\">m\u00e9thode d'affinage par flux <\/a>a un effet positif sur l'\u00e9limination des inclusions non m\u00e9talliques. Outre les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques et chimiques du fondant, le degr\u00e9 de purification d\u00e9pend \u00e9galement dans une large mesure des conditions du processus d'affinage. Il s'agit notamment de la quantit\u00e9 de fondant, du temps de contact et de la surface de contact entre le fondant et la masse fondue, des conditions d'agitation, de la temp\u00e9rature, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la fusion de d\u00e9chets d\u2019alliages d\u2019aluminium, la qualit\u00e9 des d\u00e9chets varie, tout comme la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019agent de recouvrement et d\u2019agent d\u2019affinage n\u00e9cessaire. Lors de la fusion de d\u00e9chets de bonne qualit\u00e9, la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019agent de recouvrement et d\u2019agent d\u2019affinage est relativement faible. Lors de la fusion de d\u00e9chets de mauvaise qualit\u00e9, la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019agent de recouvrement et d\u2019agent d\u2019affinage est importante. Pour les alliages d'aluminium \u00e0 haute teneur en magn\u00e9sium, il convient d'utiliser des flux sans sel de sodium afin d'\u00e9viter tout contact avec des flux contenant du sodium. Les agents d'affinage sans sodium sont principalement utilis\u00e9s pour les lingots plats en alliages \u00e0 haute teneur en magn\u00e9sium, tels que les alliages 5052 et 5754.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode d'affinage par flux est largement utilis\u00e9e dans la production d'alliages d'aluminium par fusion. Le bain d'alliage d'aluminium en fusion est affin\u00e9 dans le four ; le flux est charg\u00e9 dans la cuve d'affinage ; le tube d'affinage sert de support gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un soufflage de gaz inerte, ce qui permet au flux de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer en continu dans l'aluminium en fusion, o\u00f9 il se m\u00e9lange intimement avec celui-ci. L'agitation permet d'obtenir l'affinage souhait\u00e9. Plus l'intensit\u00e9 de l'agitation est \u00e9lev\u00e9e et plus la pulv\u00e9risation de la poudre est uniforme, meilleur est l'effet d'affinage. Il convient toutefois de noter que les fluctuations du bain d'aluminium fondu ne doivent pas \u00eatre trop importantes.
