La fusion de l'alliage d'aluminium constitue l'\u00e9tape la plus importante du moulage de l'alliage d'aluminium 6063, car elle influe sur la qualit\u00e9 du produit. La fusion de l'alliage d'aluminium n\u00e9cessite de contr\u00f4ler les aspects suivants.<\/p>\n<h2>Temp\u00e9rature de fusion de l'alliage d'aluminium 6063<\/h2>\n<p>La fusion des alliages d'aluminium constitue l'une des \u00e9tapes les plus importantes du processus de fabrication de barres de coul\u00e9e de haute qualit\u00e9. Elle doit faire l'objet d'un contr\u00f4le rigoureux. Si le processus n'est pas correctement ma\u00eetris\u00e9, les barres de coul\u00e9e pr\u00e9senteront des d\u00e9fauts tels que des scories, des pores, un grain grossier, des cristaux en plumes et d'autres d\u00e9fauts de coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de maintenir la temp\u00e9rature de fusion de l'alliage d'aluminium 6063 entre 750 et 760 \u00b0C. Une temp\u00e9rature trop basse favorisera la formation d'inclusions de scories, tandis qu'une temp\u00e9rature trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e augmentera l'absorption d'hydrog\u00e8ne et l'oxydation. Des \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que la solubilit\u00e9 de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne dans l\u2019aluminium fondu augmente fortement au-del\u00e0 de 760 \u00b0C. Si l'on utilise de l'azote de haute puret\u00e9 lors de l'affinage, la pression d'affinage est \u00e9lev\u00e9e et les bulles g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es sont volumineuses. Ces grosses bulles ont une grande flottabilit\u00e9 dans l'aluminium en fusion ; elles remontent rapidement \u00e0 la surface et leur temps de s\u00e9jour dans l'aluminium en fusion est court. L'efficacit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9limination de l'hydrog\u00e8ne est alors insuffisante, ce qui entra\u00eene une augmentation des co\u00fbts. Il convient donc d'utiliser moins d'azote et davantage de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/refining-flux\/\">flux de raffinage<\/a>. L'objectif principal du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d'affinage de la poudre est d'utiliser le moins de gaz possible et de pulv\u00e9riser le plus d'agent d'affinage possible dans l'aluminium fondu.<\/p>\n<h2>Affinage du grain<\/h2>\n<p>L'affinage du grain est l'un des processus les plus importants dans la coul\u00e9e d'alliages d'aluminium, et c'est \u00e9galement l'une des mesures les plus efficaces pour rem\u00e9dier aux d\u00e9fauts de coul\u00e9e. Dans la coul\u00e9e d'alliages, tous les processus rel\u00e8vent d'une cristallisation hors \u00e9quilibre. La plupart des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'impuret\u00e9 (y compris, bien s\u00fbr, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage) se concentrent aux joints de grains. La r\u00e9partition des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'impuret\u00e9 (ou des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage) s'en trouve d'autant plus homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'impuret\u00e9, cette grande uniformit\u00e9 permet d'en r\u00e9duire les effets n\u00e9fastes, voire de transformer la nocivit\u00e9 d'une faible quantit\u00e9 de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments en un effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique. Quant aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage, leur grande uniformit\u00e9 permet de tirer pleinement parti de leur pouvoir d'alliage. L'objectif est ainsi d'exploiter pleinement les ressources.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la production de l'alliage d'aluminium 6063, en ce qui concerne les mat\u00e9riaux abrasifs, la r\u00e9partition homog\u00e8ne des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage et des impuret\u00e9s rev\u00eat une importance particuli\u00e8re, car il est n\u00e9cessaire d'obtenir une surface de sable uniforme par corrosion.
