Cela affecte gravement la qualit\u00e9 des barres d'aluminium coul\u00e9es, et ces impuret\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9es. Au cours du processus de coul\u00e9e des barres d\u2019aluminium, l\u2019aluminium en fusion pr\u00e9sent dans le four de fusion doit \u00eatre d\u00e9gaz\u00e9 et filtr\u00e9. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, cela n\u00e9cessite l\u2019aide de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/degassing-unit\/\">syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9gazage<\/a> et le syst\u00e8me de filtration. L'aluminium en fusion s'\u00e9coule ensuite dans le syst\u00e8me de coul\u00e9e d'aluminium par le canal de coul\u00e9e, puis est coul\u00e9 sous forme de barres d'aluminium. Bien que l'aluminium en fusion soit d\u00e9barrass\u00e9 de ses scories avant de sortir du four de m\u00e9lange, il est difficile de le nettoyer compl\u00e8tement ; il contient donc in\u00e9vitablement des impuret\u00e9s telles que l'oxyde de calcium.<\/p>\n<h2>Bac r\u00e9fractaire pour l'aluminium fondu<\/h2>\n<p>L'aluminium en fusion s'\u00e9coulant du four p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans le bassin de d\u00e9cantation par la goulotte r\u00e9fractaire. La cloison de la goulotte de coul\u00e9e \u00e9tant situ\u00e9e au milieu du bassin de d\u00e9cantation, le fond de cette cloison est plus haut que le fond du bassin de d\u00e9cantation et plus bas que le fond du canal d'\u00e9coulement, ce qui permet \u00e0 l'aluminium en fusion de s'\u00e9couler vers le bas. Il s'\u00e9coule ensuite par l'ouverture situ\u00e9e sous la digue de la goulotte, puis sort par le canal d'\u00e9coulement situ\u00e9 de l'autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 du bassin de d\u00e9cantation. De cette mani\u00e8re, l\u2019aluminium en fusion d\u00e9crit une trajectoire en forme de \u201c U \u201d dans le bassin de d\u00e9cantation. Cela augmente le temps de s\u00e9jour dans le bassin de d\u00e9cantation de l\u2019aluminium en fusion, ce qui permet aux impuret\u00e9s telles que l\u2019oxyde de calcium pr\u00e9sentes dans l\u2019aluminium en fusion d\u2019avoir suffisamment de temps pour se d\u00e9poser.<\/p>\n<p>La densit\u00e9 des impuret\u00e9s \u00e9tant inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de l'aluminium fondu, celles-ci remontent progressivement \u00e0 la surface de l'aluminium fondu ; de m\u00eame, l'oxyde d'aluminium form\u00e9 par le contact entre l'aluminium fondu et l'oxyg\u00e8ne flotte \u00e9galement \u00e0 la surface de l'aluminium fondu. En raison de la pr\u00e9sence de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/launder-dam\/\">barrage de retenue<\/a>, ces deux types d'impuret\u00e9s sont retenus dans la cuve de s\u00e9dimentation et ne p\u00e9n\u00e8trent pas dans la coul\u00e9e suivante, ce qui garantit la qualit\u00e9 de la barre d'aluminium. Ces impuret\u00e9s peuvent se d\u00e9poser au fond de la cuve une fois que l'aluminium en fusion s'est \u00e9coul\u00e9, et \u00eatre ainsi \u00e9limin\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne. Le nettoyage des impuret\u00e9s est bien plus pratique qu\u2019avec la coul\u00e9e traditionnelle, tout en r\u00e9duisant consid\u00e9rablement la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4380\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Refractory-Trough-1.jpg\" alt=\"Auge r\u00e9fractaire\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Refractory-Trough-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Refractory-Trough-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/h2>\n<p>La partie inf\u00e9rieure de la paroi lat\u00e9rale du bac de d\u00e9cantation est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d'un tuyau d'\u00e9vacuation de l'aluminium liquide. Le fond du bac de d\u00e9cantation \u00e9tant situ\u00e9 plus bas que celui du canal d'\u00e9coulement, lorsque l'aluminium liquide pr\u00e9sent dans le canal d'\u00e9coulement est \u00e9puis\u00e9, il reste encore de l'aluminium liquide dans le bac de d\u00e9cantation qui ne peut pas s'\u00e9couler. S\u2019il se solidifie par la suite, il sera difficile \u00e0 nettoyer, et cette partie d\u2019aluminium en fusion sera \u00e9galement perdue. C'est pourquoi un tuyau d'\u00e9vacuation de l'aluminium en fusion est pr\u00e9vu dans la partie inf\u00e9rieure de la paroi lat\u00e9rale du bac de d\u00e9cantation. Pendant le processus de coul\u00e9e, le tuyau d'\u00e9vacuation de l'aluminium en fusion est obtur\u00e9 par un bouchon r\u00e9sistant aux hautes temp\u00e9ratures afin de garantir l'\u00e9coulement normal de l'aluminium en fusion.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois le moulage termin\u00e9, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/refractory-fiber-cone\/\">bouchon en fibre c\u00e9ramique<\/a> est \u00e9vacu\u00e9, et l'aluminium liquide r\u00e9siduel pr\u00e9sent dans le bac de d\u00e9cantation s'\u00e9coule par le tuyau d'\u00e9vacuation de l'aluminium liquide.
