Il en r\u00e9sulte la formation d'une couche d'\u00e9cume \u00e0 la surface de l'aluminium fondu, qui pr\u00e9sente une certaine mouillabilit\u00e9 avec le bain d'aluminium fondu, et une quantit\u00e9 consid\u00e9rable d'aluminium fondu se m\u00e9lange alors au laitier. Le processus d'affinage de l'aluminium permet de modifier cette mouillabilit\u00e9 et d'augmenter la tension superficielle \u00e0 l'interface entre le laitier et l'aluminium, afin de s\u00e9parer le laitier de l'aluminium.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/fluxes\/\">Flux<\/a> Les flux utilis\u00e9s pour l'aluminium et les alliages d'aluminium sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement compos\u00e9s de chlorures et de fluorures de m\u00e9taux alcalins et alcalino-terreux. Les principaux composants sont le KCl, le NaCl, le NaF, le CaF\u2082, le Na\u2083AlF\u2086, le Na\u2082SiF\u2086, etc., mais leur teneur varie, ce qui a une incidence sur leur effet. Outre l'utilisation du flux produit par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/contact-us\/\">AdTech<\/a>, il convient de s'adapter au lieu concern\u00e9. Malgr\u00e9 les mesures appropri\u00e9es mises en \u0153uvre, une certaine proportion d'aluminium m\u00e9tallique est \u00e9vacu\u00e9e et doit \u00eatre trait\u00e9e efficacement. La m\u00e9thode la plus simple et la plus \u00e9conomique consiste \u00e0 broyer les scories d'aluminium \u00e0 plusieurs reprises \u00e0 l'aide d'un broyeur \u00e0 rouleaux, puis \u00e0 les tamiser, afin de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer efficacement une partie de l'aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>La pente des cendres d'aluminium dans le four mixte a une incidence directe sur la quantit\u00e9 de scories d'aluminium. Si la pente est trop importante, la majeure partie des scories ne sera pas \u00e9vacu\u00e9e, ce qui entra\u00eenera une accumulation importante de scories d'aluminium et de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts d'aluminium. Les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts de scories et d\u2019aluminium ne peuvent pas \u00eatre r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 temps lors du nettoyage du four. Tout en veillant \u00e0 ne pas compromettre la capacit\u00e9 du four de m\u00e9lange, r\u00e9duisez autant que possible la pente de la cuve \u00e0 scories.<\/p>\n<p>L'op\u00e9ration d'\u00e9limination des scories consiste essentiellement \u00e0 retirer manuellement les scories d'aluminium par la porte du four \u00e0 l'aide d'un grand r\u00e2teau. Outre la prudence dont doit faire preuve le personnel lors de cette op\u00e9ration, il faut veiller \u00e0 ne pas faire sortir l'aluminium en fusion. Par ailleurs, il est recommand\u00e9 de percer plusieurs rang\u00e9es de petits trous ronds \u00e0 la surface du grand r\u00e2teau, afin que l\u2019aluminium liquide contenu dans les scories puisse s\u2019\u00e9couler dans le four. Sinon, une quantit\u00e9 excessive d\u2019aluminium liquide sera extraite, ce qui provoquera des dommages par br\u00fblure.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the smelting process
