{"id":2202,"date":"2020-06-09T02:34:30","date_gmt":"2020-06-09T02:34:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/?p=2202"},"modified":"2020-09-04T09:46:33","modified_gmt":"2020-09-04T09:46:33","slug":"casting-crack","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/casting-crack\/","title":{"rendered":"Fissure de moulage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les fissures de coul\u00e9e dans les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es en aluminium constituent un d\u00e9faut tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9judiciable, car elles rompent la continuit\u00e9 de la structure m\u00e9tallique. Lors des \u00e9tapes ult\u00e9rieures d\u2019extrusion ou de calandrage, elles ne peuvent pas \u00eatre combl\u00e9es par compression. Ainsi, lors du contr\u00f4le des lingots, ceux qui pr\u00e9sentent des fissures sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des rebuts absolus. La pr\u00e9sence de fissures de coul\u00e9e affecte gravement l'efficacit\u00e9 de la production et la rentabilit\u00e9 des entreprises de transformation de l'aluminium. Il est donc n\u00e9cessaire de les analyser et de les \u00e9tudier de mani\u00e8re syst\u00e9matique, et de prendre des mesures efficaces au niveau de la production, afin de r\u00e9duire l'apparition de ces d\u00e9fauts et d'am\u00e9liorer le rendement des lingots.<\/p>\n<h2>Fissure de moulage<\/h2>\n<p>En fonction de leur processus de formation, les fissures de coul\u00e9e sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement class\u00e9es en deux cat\u00e9gories : les fissures \u00e0 chaud et les fissures \u00e0 froid.<\/p>\n<p>Les fissures \u00e0 chaud sont des fissures qui se forment pendant l'intervalle de cristallisation effectif. Si l'on prend l'exemple des lingots ronds, les manifestations macroscopiques sont les fissures superficielles, les fissures centrales, les fissures annulaires, les fissures radiales, les fissures au niveau de la buse, etc.<\/p>\n<p>On entend par \u00ab fissures \u00e0 froid \u00bb les fissures qui se forment lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de l'alliage est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 sa temp\u00e9rature de solidus ; la plupart d'entre elles apparaissent aux alentours de 200 \u00b0C. Les fissures lat\u00e9rales, les fissures de fond et les fentes sont pour la plupart des fissures \u00e0 froid.<\/p>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4538\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Casting-Crack-1.jpg\" alt=\"Fissure de moulage\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Casting-Crack-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Casting-Crack-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/h2>\n<p>Les fissures \u00e0 froid apparaissent souvent dans les parties \u00e9tir\u00e9es des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es. Les pi\u00e8ces pr\u00e9sentant de grandes diff\u00e9rences d'\u00e9paisseur de paroi et des formes complexes, en particulier les pi\u00e8ces de grande taille et de faible \u00e9paisseur, sont sujettes aux fissures \u00e0 froid. Tous les facteurs susceptibles d'augmenter les contraintes dans la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e, de r\u00e9duire sa r\u00e9sistance et sa plasticit\u00e9 favorisent l'apparition de fissures \u00e0 froid.<\/p>\n<p>La fissuration \u00e0 chaud est un d\u00e9faut de moulage courant qu\u2019il est difficile d\u2019\u00e9liminer compl\u00e8tement. \u00c0 l\u2019exception de l\u2019alliage Al-Si, on le retrouve dans presque tous les alliages d\u2019aluminium d\u00e9form\u00e9s utilis\u00e9s dans l\u2019industrie. Le m\u00e9canisme de formation des fissures thermiques repose principalement sur la th\u00e9orie de la r\u00e9sistance, la th\u00e9orie du film liquide et la th\u00e9orie de la formation des fissures. Parmi celles-ci, la th\u00e9orie de la r\u00e9sistance est la plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. D\u2019apr\u00e8s les r\u00e9sultats des recherches sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019alliage, on consid\u00e8re que tous les alliages pr\u00e9sentent une \u201c plage de temp\u00e9rature de fragilit\u00e9 \u201d caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par une r\u00e9sistance et un allongement extr\u00eamement faibles dans la zone solide-liquide situ\u00e9e au-dessus de la temp\u00e9rature de solidus. Lorsque l\u2019alliage refroidit dans cet intervalle, si la contrainte provoqu\u00e9e par le retrait d\u00e9passe la r\u00e9sistance du m\u00e9tal \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0, ou si la d\u00e9formation provoqu\u00e9e par la contrainte d\u00e9passe la plasticit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tal, cela entra\u00eene la formation de fissures \u00e0 chaud.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours du processus de fabrication, on n'observe g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement ni fissures \u00e0 chaud ni fissures \u00e0 froid pures. La plupart d'entre elles apparaissent d'abord sous forme de fissures \u00e0 chaud, puis \u00e9voluent vers des fissures \u00e0 froid au cours du processus de refroidissement.<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00e9paration de pi\u00e8ces en fonte d'aluminium<\/h2>\n<p>Les facteurs \u00e0 l'origine des fissures de coul\u00e9e sont principalement li\u00e9s \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de la masse fondue, au mat\u00e9riel de coul\u00e9e, aux conditions du processus de coul\u00e9e et \u00e0 la structure granulaire. Par cons\u00e9quent, nous pouvons prendre les mesures appropri\u00e9es dans ces quatre domaines afin de pr\u00e9venir l'apparition de fissures de coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4541\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Casting-Crack-3.jpg\" alt=\"Fissure de moulage\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Casting-Crack-3.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Casting-Crack-3-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9duire la teneur en impuret\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'optimisation de la composition chimique permet d'am\u00e9liorer la moulabilit\u00e9 de l'alliage et de r\u00e9duire la formation de fissures dans le lingot. Lorsque la teneur en impuret\u00e9s est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, la distorsion du r\u00e9seau cristallin dans la structure de l'alliage s'accentue, les contraintes internes augmentent et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la d\u00e9formation plastique diminue consid\u00e9rablement, ce qui rend l'alliage sujet \u00e0 la fissuration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9duire la teneur en gaz et la teneur en inclusions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lors de la fusion de l'aluminium et des alliages d'aluminium, les gaz du four et l'air doivent interagir avec l'aluminium fondu au niveau de l'interface, ce qui entra\u00eene des processus tels que la combinaison, la d\u00e9composition, la dissolution et la diffusion. L'aluminium s'oxyde et absorbe les gaz.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, l'hydrog\u00e8ne (H\u2082) pr\u00e9sent dans le gaz absorb\u00e9 par la masse fondue repr\u00e9sente plus de 85%, et la solubilit\u00e9 de l'hydrog\u00e8ne dans la masse fondue diminue \u00e0 mesure que la temp\u00e9rature baisse. Une grande quantit\u00e9 de gaz se pr\u00e9cipite lorsque la masse fondue cristallise et se solidifie, ce qui entra\u00eene la formation de pores dans le lingot. Les inclusions et les pores peuvent affaiblir la liaison entre les grains, provoquant une concentration de contraintes, r\u00e9duisant ainsi la plasticit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9sistance du lingot, ce qui entra\u00eene l'apparition de fissures de coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La technologie AdTech permet de r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me des fissures dans les alliages d'aluminium.
