Cette propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de l\u2019aluminium, appel\u00e9e \u00ab gettering \u00bb, constitue l\u2019une des caract\u00e9ristiques importantes de la fusion des m\u00e9taux. La pratique a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que la pr\u00e9sence de gaz dans l\u2019aluminium nuit aux performances de l\u2019aluminium et de ses alliages, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des bandes moul\u00e9es et lamin\u00e9es. La solubilit\u00e9 de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne dans l\u2019aluminium pur est la principale cause des soufflures et des poches d\u2019air dans les bandes moul\u00e9es, et peut m\u00eame entra\u00eener une fragilisation par l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne du mat\u00e9riau. La pr\u00e9sence d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne et d\u2019azote, ainsi que de leurs compos\u00e9s, dans le mat\u00e9riau d\u00e9t\u00e9riore ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de transformation et ses caract\u00e9ristiques m\u00e9caniques.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, une autre t\u00e2che essentielle de la fusion consiste \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les gaz dissous dans le m\u00e9tal en fusion. L'\u00e9tude de l'origine de ces gaz, du processus de dissolution de ceux-ci dans le m\u00e9tal, des facteurs influen\u00e7ant la teneur en gaz de l'aluminium en fusion, ainsi que des principes et m\u00e9thodes de d\u00e9gazage, et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/molten-aluminum-refining\/\">affinage de l'aluminium<\/a> sont les \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s du processus de d\u00e9gazage de l'aluminium fondu.<\/p>\n<h2>Solubilit\u00e9 de l'hydrog\u00e8ne dans l'aluminium pur<\/h2>\n<p>Dans l'atmosph\u00e8re, la pression partielle de l'hydrog\u00e8ne est extr\u00eamement faible.
