{"id":2285,"date":"2020-06-16T08:57:26","date_gmt":"2020-06-16T08:57:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/?p=2285"},"modified":"2020-09-15T05:51:42","modified_gmt":"2020-09-15T05:51:42","slug":"degassing-refining","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/degassing-refining\/","title":{"rendered":"D\u00e9gazage et raffinage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Afin d'obtenir une masse d'aluminium fondu \u00e0 faible teneur en gaz, il est n\u00e9cessaire, d'une part, de pr\u00e9parer soigneusement les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, de contr\u00f4ler rigoureusement la temp\u00e9rature, de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une fusion rapide et de mettre en \u0153uvre des mesures visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l'absorption de gaz, telles que l'utilisation d'un agent de recouvrement. D'autre part, il est n\u00e9cessaire de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un d\u00e9gazage et \u00e0 un affinage efficaces en fin de fusion, afin de r\u00e9duire au minimum la quantit\u00e9 de gaz dissous dans le m\u00e9tal. Il existe trois fa\u00e7ons d'\u00e9liminer le gaz du m\u00e9tal : premi\u00e8rement, les atomes de gaz se diffusent vers la surface du m\u00e9tal, puis s'\u00e9chappent de leur \u00e9tat d'adsorption. Deuxi\u00e8mement, ils sont \u00e9vacu\u00e9s du m\u00e9tal fondu sous forme de bulles. Troisi\u00e8mement, ils forment un compos\u00e9 avec des \u00e9l\u00e9ments ajout\u00e9s au m\u00e9tal et sont \u00e9limin\u00e9s sous forme d\u2019inclusions non m\u00e9talliques. Apr\u00e8s un traitement de d\u00e9gazage appropri\u00e9 par AdTech <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/degassing-unit\/\">unit\u00e9 de d\u00e9gazage en ligne<\/a>, la teneur en gaz de la masse d'aluminium fondu est consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duite.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4784\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Degassing-Refining.jpg\" alt=\"D\u00e9gazage et raffinage\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Degassing-Refining.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Degassing-Refining-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e9thode de raffinage par d\u00e9gazage<\/h2>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9gazage par affinage couramment utilis\u00e9e dans le processus de fusion de l'aluminium et des alliages d'aluminium est la m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9gazage par pression partielle.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le gaz se dissout dans la masse d'aluminium fondu et en est \u00e9limin\u00e9, ces deux processus atteignent l'\u00e9quilibre \u00e0 une certaine temp\u00e9rature et sous une certaine pression. D'apr\u00e8s l'analyse thermodynamique, lorsque la pression partielle d'hydrog\u00e8ne dans le gaz (P1) est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la pression partielle d'hydrog\u00e8ne dans le m\u00e9tal (P2), le gaz se dissout dans le m\u00e9tal ; lorsque P1 est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 P2, le gaz est \u00e9limin\u00e9 du m\u00e9tal. Par cons\u00e9quent, le fait de placer le bain de m\u00e9tal fondu sous vide, o\u00f9 la pression partielle d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne est faible, ou d\u2019introduire un gaz inerte dans le bain, fournit la force motrice n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la d\u00e9shydrog\u00e9nation. Dans la production industrielle, on injecte g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un gaz inerte (N, Ar) dans le bain de fusion. L\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la bulle \u00e9tant totalement exempt d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que la pression partielle d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne dans la bulle est nulle, tandis que la pression partielle d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne dans le bain de fusion entourant la bulle est bien sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 z\u00e9ro.<\/p>\n<p>Sous l'effet de la diff\u00e9rence de pression partielle d'hydrog\u00e8ne entre l'int\u00e9rieur et l'ext\u00e9rieur de la bulle, les atomes d'hydrog\u00e8ne dissous se diffusent vers l'interface entre la masse fondue et la bulle, o\u00f9 ils se recombinent en mol\u00e9cules d'hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la bulle, puis remontent avec celle-ci pour s'\u00e9chapper de la surface de la masse fondue. Ce processus se poursuit jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les pressions partielles d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de la bulle soient \u00e9gales, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019un \u00e9quilibre soit atteint. Des \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que l\u2019augmentation de la surface de l\u2019interface de contact entre la masse fondue et les bulles inertes facilite l\u2019\u00e9limination des gaz dissous.<\/p>\n<p>Les gaz utilis\u00e9s dans la m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9gazage par pression partielle comprennent le gaz inerte, le gaz actif et le m\u00e9lange de gaz.
