AdTech <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/degassing-unit\/\">unit\u00e9 de d\u00e9gazage<\/a> et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/plate-filtering-unit\/\">unit\u00e9s de filtration<\/a> reposent principalement sur les principes de la flottation avec production de scories et de la filtration m\u00e9canique.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e9thodes d'\u00e9limination des scories d'aluminium<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Scorification chimique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La scoriification compos\u00e9e repose sur l'utilisation d'oxydes alcalins et d'acides <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/fluxes\/\">flux<\/a>, ou encore des compos\u00e9s complexes ou des complexes form\u00e9s par des oxydes acides et des fondants alcalins. En effet, il existe une forte force de liaison entre l'oxyde pr\u00e9sent dans l'aluminium fondu et le fondant. Dans certaines conditions de temp\u00e9rature, ils peuvent interagir pour former des scories \u00e0 double sel pr\u00e9sentant une densit\u00e9 plus faible et un point de fusion plus bas. Ces scories se s\u00e9parent facilement des m\u00e9taux, ce qui permet de les \u00e9liminer de la surface de l'aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>La formation de scories compos\u00e9es se produit principalement \u00e0 la surface du m\u00e9tal en fusion, et cette r\u00e9action a \u00e9galement lieu au point de contact entre les scories et le rev\u00eatement. Les inclusions non m\u00e9talliques en suspension dans le bain de m\u00e9tal en fusion, sous l'effet de la loi de la r\u00e9partition et de la diff\u00e9rence de densit\u00e9, remontent en continu depuis l'int\u00e9rieur du bain vers le laitier de surface pour participer \u00e0 la r\u00e9action de formation du laitier.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4776\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Aluminium-Slag-Removal-Methods-1.jpg\" alt=\"M\u00e9thodes d&#039;\u00e9limination des scories d&#039;aluminium\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Aluminium-Slag-Removal-Methods-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Aluminium-Slag-Removal-Methods-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Diff\u00e9rence de densit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode convient aux alliages pr\u00e9sentant une forte diff\u00e9rence de densit\u00e9 entre le m\u00e9tal en fusion et les inclusions non m\u00e9talliques, ainsi que des particules d\u2019inclusions de grande taille. La m\u00e9thode de la diff\u00e9rence de densit\u00e9 consiste g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 maintenir le m\u00e9tal en fusion \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle d\u2019affinage et sous l\u2019action d\u2019un fondant pendant un certain temps, afin de permettre aux inclusions de remonter \u00e0 la surface ou de couler au fond, puis de les \u00e9liminer. La vitesse de flottement ou de descente des inclusions de scories est proportionnelle \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence de densit\u00e9 entre les deux, inversement proportionnelle \u00e0 la viscosit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tal en fusion et proportionnelle au carr\u00e9 du rayon des particules de scories. Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019aluminium fondu est basse et que le nombre d\u2019inclusions est \u00e9lev\u00e9, la viscosit\u00e9 de l\u2019aluminium fondu est importante, et le temps n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la remont\u00e9e ou \u00e0 la descente des scories est long. Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019alliage est constante, la viscosit\u00e9 de la masse fondue et la diff\u00e9rence de densit\u00e9 entre celle-ci et les scories ne variant pas beaucoup, la taille et la forme des scories ont une grande influence sur le temps n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 leur remont\u00e9e ou \u00e0 leur descente.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, la diff\u00e9rence de densit\u00e9 r\u00e9sulte principalement de l'augmentation de la taille des inclusions de scories, ce qui facilite leur s\u00e9paration de la masse fondue. Lors de la fusion de l\u2019aluminium, lorsque le rayon de l\u2019Al2O3 passe de 0,1 mm \u00e0 0,001 mm, le temps de repos n\u00e9cessaire passe de 5 s \u00e0 13,8 h, ce qui n\u2019est pas propice \u00e0 la remont\u00e9e ou \u00e0 la descente des scories. On laisse g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement reposer les alliages d\u2019aluminium pendant 20 \u00e0 30 minutes, mais l\u2019effet d\u2019\u00e9limination des scories reste tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9. Cette m\u00e9thode est chronophage et gourmande en \u00e9nergie, et il est difficile d\u2019\u00e9liminer les inclusions de scories finement dispers\u00e9es. La temp\u00e9rature de fusion d'un alliage d'aluminium est faible, mais le point de fusion de son oxyde est tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9. Dans ce cas, il est difficile de recourir \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode chimique. C'est pourquoi la m\u00e9thode de flottation s'av\u00e8re plus adapt\u00e9e.<br \/>\nLorsque l'alliage d'aluminium est affin\u00e9 \u00e0 l'azote gazeux, de nombreux scories oxyd\u00e9es remontent \u00e0 la surface pendant la d\u00e9shydrog\u00e9nation. Le principe de cette m\u00e9thode d\u2019\u00e9limination des scories par flottation \u00e0 l\u2019azote est fondamentalement le m\u00eame que celui de l\u2019\u00e9limination des scories par flottation au flux. Lorsque les bulles traversent le bain d\u2019aluminium en fusion, les particules d\u2019oxyde en suspension entrent en contact avec les bulles, sont adsorb\u00e9es sur celles-ci et remontent \u00e0 la surface du bain \u00e0 mesure que les bulles s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent. Plus le nombre de bulles est \u00e9lev\u00e9 et plus leur taille est grande, plus l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9limination des scories est importante. Les gaz inertes utilis\u00e9s sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l\u2019azote et l\u2019argon. On utilise \u00e9galement couramment comme agent de flottation des sels de chlorure dans les alliages d\u2019aluminium.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dissolution du flux<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une fois que les inclusions non m\u00e9talliques sont dissoutes dans le flux liquide, elles peuvent se s\u00e9parer du m\u00e9tal en fusion \u00e0 mesure que le flux remonte \u00e0 la surface puis redescend. La capacit\u00e9 des flux \u00e0 dissoudre les scories pi\u00e9g\u00e9es d\u00e9pend de leur structure mol\u00e9culaire et des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s chimiques qui en d\u00e9coulent. Lorsque la structure mol\u00e9culaire et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s chimiques sont similaires, ils peuvent \u00eatre miscibles \u00e0 une certaine temp\u00e9rature. L'ajout de 10% de cryolite \u00e0 un m\u00e9lange contenant des quantit\u00e9s \u00e9gales de chlorure de sodium et de chlorure de potassium permet de dissoudre 0,15% d'Al\u2082O\u2083. De plus, \u00e0 mesure que la quantit\u00e9 de cryolite augmente, la solubilit\u00e9 de l'alumine dans le flux augmente \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Filtration m\u00e9canique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00e9thodes d'\u00e9limination des scories d'aluminium mentionn\u00e9es ci-dessus sont inefficaces pour les inclusions non m\u00e9talliques qui pr\u00e9sentent une diff\u00e9rence de densit\u00e9 minime par rapport \u00e0 la masse fondue, une petite taille de particules et un degr\u00e9 de dispersion extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9. Par cons\u00e9quent, lorsque le m\u00e9tal en fusion traverse le milieu filtrant, la filtration m\u00e9canique exerce un effet de blocage m\u00e9canique sur les inclusions non m\u00e9talliques. De plus, le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-foam-filter\/\">filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/a> Le m\u00e9dia de filtration exerce \u00e9galement un effet d'adsorption sur les inclusions.
