{"id":2305,"date":"2020-06-18T04:00:12","date_gmt":"2020-06-18T04:00:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/?p=2305"},"modified":"2020-09-28T01:24:46","modified_gmt":"2020-09-28T01:24:46","slug":"filtration-mechanisms-for-molten-aluminum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/filtration-mechanisms-for-molten-aluminum\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e9canismes de filtration de l'aluminium fondu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La plaque filtrante en c\u00e9ramique s\u00e9pare les inclusions gr\u00e2ce aux trois m\u00e9canismes de filtration de l'aluminium fondu : le tamisage, la filtration sur g\u00e2teau et la filtration en lit profond.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e9canismes de filtration de l'aluminium fondu<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Filtration par tamisage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Filtration m\u00e9canique (criblage) : lorsque la taille des inclusions est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la taille des pores de la plaque filtrante, celle-ci agit comme un tamis pour emp\u00eacher les inclusions de passer \u00e0 travers. La filtration traditionnelle \u00e0 l'aide d'un tissu en fibre de verre repose sur ce m\u00e9canisme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Filtration des g\u00e2teaux<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Filtration par couche s\u00e9dimentaire (g\u00e2teau) : Une fois que les inclusions pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment retenues ont form\u00e9 une couche continue \u00e0 la surface du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/alumina-ceramic-foam-filter\/\">filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique d'alumine<\/a> plaque, la taille des pores utilis\u00e9s pour la filtration n'est plus celle de la plaque filtrante, mais celle de la couche de g\u00e2teau nouvellement form\u00e9e. \u00c0 mesure que la couche de g\u00e2teau s'\u00e9paissit, les interstices qu'elle pr\u00e9sente deviennent de plus en plus petits, et de nombreuses inclusions se retrouvent pi\u00e9g\u00e9es \u00e0 la surface et dans les interstices internes de cette couche. Une fois qu\u2019un certain seuil est atteint, l\u2019aluminium en fusion a du mal \u00e0 traverser la plaque filtrante. \u00c0 ce stade, la plaque filtrante doit \u00eatre mise au rebut. Au cours du processus de filtration, le passage manifeste au mode \u00ab g\u00e2teau \u00bb se traduit par une augmentation progressive de la pression de l\u2019aluminium en fusion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Filtration \u00e0 lit profond<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/deep-bed-filter\/\">Filtration en lit profond<\/a>: Lorsque des inclusions nettement plus petites que la taille des pores du filtre p\u00e9n\u00e8trent dans la plaque filtrante avec le liquide d'aluminium, elles sont retenues par la paroi interne des pores de la plaque filtrante. Plus la plaque filtrante est \u00e9paisse, plus l'efficacit\u00e9 de ce mod\u00e8le est grande. Le parcours \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la plaque filtrante est sinueux et irr\u00e9gulier. Lorsque l'aluminium fondu traverse les orifices sinueux et communicants de la plaque filtrante en c\u00e9ramique, les inclusions internes se d\u00e9posent sous l'effet de la dynamique des fluides, de l'inertie, de l'interception, des collisions, de l'adsorption, etc., sur la paroi du canal, ce qui permet d'obtenir un aluminium fondu pur.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, la plaque filtrante en c\u00e9ramique ne constitue pas simplement une barri\u00e8re m\u00e9canique contre les impuret\u00e9s : l'adsorption physique et chimique, ainsi que les micropores et l'adsorption chimique sur la paroi interne de la plaque filtrante, favorisent \u00e9galement la r\u00e9tention des impuret\u00e9s. Par cons\u00e9quent, la taille des impuret\u00e9s filtr\u00e9es est bien inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des alv\u00e9oles de la plaque filtrante.<\/p>\n<p>Lors d'un filtrage avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-foam-filter-pzr\/\">filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/a>, les trois m\u00e9canismes susmentionn\u00e9s sont combin\u00e9s. Au stade initial, le tamisage de surface retient les grosses particules, tandis que les petites particules sont \u00e9limin\u00e9es par un m\u00e9canisme de filtration en profondeur. \u00c0 mesure que se forment des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts en surface, la couche d\u00e9pos\u00e9e peut retenir \u00e0 la fois les grosses et les petites particules. De plus, les petites particules incluses dans les mailles sont captur\u00e9es par le m\u00e9canisme de filtration en profondeur, ce qui am\u00e9liore l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de filtration de la plaque filtrante.
