Un alliage sp\u00e9cial permet d'am\u00e9liorer les performances de l'alliage, ce qui r\u00e9sout les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la combustibilit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment, \u00e0 son point de fusion \u00e9lev\u00e9 qui le rend difficile \u00e0 fondre, ainsi qu'\u00e0 sa densit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e, qui favorise la s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation. AdTech propose <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/aluminum-alloy-additives\/\">additifs m\u00e9talliques<\/a>, le d\u00e9gazage en ligne et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/plate-filtering-unit\/\">Syst\u00e8mes de filtration CFF<\/a> pour les alliages interm\u00e9diaires d'aluminium.<\/p>\n<h2>Alliage-ma\u00eetre<\/h2>\n<p>Alliage m\u00e8re : sa fonction principale consiste \u00e0 ajouter certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 la masse fondue.<\/p>\n<p>1) Le point de fusion est \u00e9lev\u00e9, par exemple lorsqu'on ajoute du Si, du Fe, du Cr, du Cu et d'autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 l'aluminium.<br \/>\n2) Combustion de compos\u00e9s volatils, comme l'ajout de Mg, de Ca et d'autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 l'aluminium.<br \/>\n3) Une mauvaise mouillabilit\u00e9, comme celle r\u00e9sultant de l'ajout de B, C et d'autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 l'aluminium.<br \/>\n4) La densit\u00e9 varie consid\u00e9rablement, ce qui facilite la s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation, par exemple en ajoutant du Bi, du Sn et d'autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 l'aluminium.<br \/>\nSi ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont ajout\u00e9s sous forme \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire, il est n\u00e9cessaire d'augmenter la temp\u00e9rature et de prolonger la dur\u00e9e de fusion, ou d'ajouter des quantit\u00e9s excessives pour compenser la perte au feu. Le rendement r\u00e9el est difficile \u00e0 garantir, ce qui entra\u00eene de multiples ajustements de la composition devant le four et nuit \u00e0 l'efficacit\u00e9 de la production.<\/p>\n<h2>Alliage interm\u00e9diaire \u00e0 grain affin\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Alliage interm\u00e9diaire de type \u00ab affinage du grain \u00bb : sa fonction principale est de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un grand nombre de noyaux cristallins h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes et d'affiner les grains de l'alliage.<\/p>\n<p>Les alliages interm\u00e9diaires destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l'affinage du grain des alliages d'aluminium comprennent principalement : Al-Ti, Al-Ti-B, Al-Ti-B-RE, Al-Ti-C, Al-Ti-B-C, etc. Les alliages-m\u00e8res Al-Ti et Al-Ti-B pr\u00e9sentent un excellent rapport co\u00fbt-performance en mati\u00e8re d\u2019affinage du grain des alliages d\u2019aluminium et sont actuellement largement utilis\u00e9s dans l\u2019industrie comme agents d\u2019affinage. En raison de la nucl\u00e9ation biphasique du TiAl\u2083 et du TiB\u2082, l\u2019effet d\u2019affinage de l\u2019alliage-ma\u00eetre Al-Ti-B est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de l\u2019alliage-ma\u00eetre Al-Ti. Cependant, les particules de TiB\u2082 pr\u00e9sentes dans l\u2019alliage-ma\u00eetre Al-Ti-B pr\u00e9sentent des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes d\u2019agr\u00e9gation \u00e9vidents. Par ailleurs, lorsque l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium contient du Zr, du Cr, du V, du Mn et d\u2019autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019alliage, ceux-ci capturent le B pr\u00e9sent dans les particules de TiB\u2082, formant ainsi le compos\u00e9 de bore correspondant, ce qui provoque un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d\u201c\u201d empoisonnement \u00bb des particules de TiB\u2082, affaiblissant voire annulant l\u2019effet de l\u2019agent d\u2019affinage.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4856\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Intermediate-Alloy-1.jpg\" alt=\"Alliage interm\u00e9diaire\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Intermediate-Alloy-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Intermediate-Alloy-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Alliage-ma\u00eetre modifi\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Alliage-ma\u00eetre modifi\u00e9 : sa fonction principale est d'am\u00e9liorer la microstructure de l'alliage.<\/p>\n<p>1) L'alliage Al-Si pr\u00e9sente d'excellentes performances de coul\u00e9e. \u00c0 mesure que la teneur en silicium augmente, un grand nombre de substrats d'alliage se fissurent, l'alliage devient cassant et ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques diminuent consid\u00e9rablement.<br \/>\n2) Lorsque la teneur en silicium d\u00e9passe 6,0%, le traitement de modification consiste \u00e0 transformer le silicium eutectique sous forme d'aiguilles, de paillettes et de plaques, ainsi que le silicium cristallin primaire, en cristaux \u00e9quiaxes fins et uniformes, afin d'am\u00e9liorer les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques.<\/p>\n<h2>Alliage interm\u00e9diaire de type \u00ab purification \u00bb<\/h2>\n<p>Alliage interm\u00e9diaire de purification : sa fonction principale est d'\u00e9liminer les impuret\u00e9s nocives pr\u00e9sentes dans l'alliage. AdTech <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-foam-filter-pzr\/\">filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/a> (CFF) permet d'\u00e9liminer efficacement les inclusions pr\u00e9sentes dans l'aluminium fondu et d'absorber les particules d'inclusions de taille microscopique. Par exemple, l'alliage-ma\u00eetre Al-B est utilis\u00e9 pour la purification de l'aluminium. L'\u00e9l\u00e9ment B pr\u00e9sent dans l'alliage-ma\u00eetre et les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'impuret\u00e9 tels que le Ti, le V et le Cr pr\u00e9sents dans l'aluminium fondu, qui affectent la conductivit\u00e9, forment des compos\u00e9s interm\u00e9talliques denses tels que le TiB\u2082, le VB\u2082 et le CrB\u2082, qui se d\u00e9posent au fond du four pour \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9s. Il est n\u00e9cessaire de purifier l\u2019aluminium fondu et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer sa conductivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Utilisation de l'aluminium recycl\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>1. Similaire \u00e0 un alliage interm\u00e9diaire : par rapport \u00e0 l'aluminium primaire, les d\u00e9chets d'alliage d'aluminium contiennent du Cu, du Mg, du Zn, du Ti, du Fe et d'autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage, ce qui les rend \u00e9quivalents \u00e0 un alliage interm\u00e9diaire. Leur point de fusion est donc plus bas et ils sont plus faciles \u00e0 fondre.<\/p>\n<p>2. Ajustement de la composition : l\u2019utilisation d\u2019aluminium de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration \u00e0 la place du m\u00e9tal pur permet de r\u00e9duire la temp\u00e9rature n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la fusion, de diminuer les pertes par combustion des composants volatils du m\u00e9tal et d\u2019\u00e9viter de multiples ajustements de la composition devant le four. Par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019aluminium primaire, les alliages d\u2019aluminium de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration contiennent d\u00e9j\u00e0 une certaine quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019alliage, ce qui r\u00e9duit la quantit\u00e9 de m\u00e9taux \u00e0 ajouter. Le principal probl\u00e8me r\u00e9side dans l'\u00e9limination des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage en exc\u00e8s et des impuret\u00e9s \u00e9trang\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>3. Affinage du grain \u2013 par rapport \u00e0 l'aluminium d'origine enrichi en \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage : les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage pr\u00e9sents dans l'alliage d'aluminium de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration sont r\u00e9partis de mani\u00e8re plus homog\u00e8ne, la structure de l'alliage est optimis\u00e9e et les performances du produit sont sup\u00e9rieures. On observe un certain effet d'affinage du grain sur l'alliage d'aluminium de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration qui contient <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/aluminum-alloy-additives\/\">\u00c9l\u00e9ment Ti<\/a> en soi.
