Les goulottes de coul\u00e9e constituent l'un des \u00e9quipements de base utilis\u00e9s pour la coul\u00e9e d'alliages d'aluminium. La fonction principale de ce canal d'\u00e9coulement fixe muni d'une enveloppe est d'acheminer l'aluminium en fusion depuis le four de m\u00e9lange vers la machine de coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

La zone d'intervention de canal de coul\u00e9e<\/a> \u00e9tait \u00e0 l'origine constitu\u00e9 d'un mortier de ma\u00e7onnerie traditionnel r\u00e9sistant aux hautes temp\u00e9ratures. La surface de ce type de rainure a tendance \u00e0 adh\u00e9rer facilement \u00e0 l'aluminium lors de son utilisation.<\/p>\n

Le temps de travail de l'op\u00e9rateur lors du nettoyage de la goulotte peut atteindre 30 minutes, et il est facile d'endommager le mat\u00e9riau de moulage, de sorte que l'aluminium en fusion \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans ce dernier et provoque une d\u00e9formation progressive de la t\u00f4le d'acier de la coque. La poche de coul\u00e9e ne peut alors plus \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e normalement pendant quatre mois.<\/p>\n

Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me, apr\u00e8s avoir examin\u00e9 les conditions d'utilisation des goulottes de coul\u00e9e dans le m\u00eame secteur d'activit\u00e9, ce site d'exploitation a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9novation progressive de la goulotte du four de m\u00e9lange en avril de cette ann\u00e9e. Le nouveau canal, apr\u00e8s r\u00e9novation, pr\u00e9sente une r\u00e9sistance globale \u00e9lev\u00e9e, une densit\u00e9 volumique unitaire importante et une cavit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure rainur\u00e9e. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son rev\u00eatement r\u00e9fractaire r\u00e9sistant aux hautes temp\u00e9ratures et \u00e0 son rev\u00eatement antiadh\u00e9sif en aluminium, les scories accumul\u00e9es \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur s'\u00e9liminent facilement.<\/p>\n

Aucun dommage ni aucune fissure n'appara\u00eet au cours des trois premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es dans des conditions de haute temp\u00e9rature, et aucune fuite d'aluminium n'est constat\u00e9e au niveau de l'interface et au fond de la fente d'\u00e9coulement, ce qui \u00e9limine les risques cach\u00e9s li\u00e9s \u00e0 une fuite d'aluminium dans la fente d'\u00e9coulement. Le temps n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l'arr\u00eat et au nettoyage de la fente d'\u00e9coulement est r\u00e9duit de 20 minutes, ce qui all\u00e8ge la charge de travail des ouvriers sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans l'aluminium.<\/p>\n

Pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e de forme sp\u00e9ciale, r\u00e9sistante aux hautes temp\u00e9ratures et dot\u00e9e d'une isolation thermique, avec un canal d'\u00e9coulement fixe int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 la coque.<\/p>\n

Fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de coton de fibre c\u00e9ramique de haute qualit\u00e9, par un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de formage sous vide, ce produit a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans le but de r\u00e9aliser des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es rigides pr\u00e9sentant d'excellentes performances \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et une r\u00e9sistance suffisante pour \u00eatre autoportantes.<\/p>\n

Les pi\u00e8ces de forme sp\u00e9ciale, r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 la chaleur et isolantes, destin\u00e9es \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es, sont toutes des produits de forme sp\u00e9ciale r\u00e9pondant aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques de certaines fili\u00e8res de production dans divers secteurs industriels. Chaque produit n\u00e9cessite la fabrication d'un moule sp\u00e9cifique en fonction de sa forme et de ses dimensions, ainsi que l'ajout d'additifs permettant de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences d'utilisation.<\/p>\n

Tous les produits moul\u00e9s r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 la chaleur et isolants pr\u00e9sentent un faible retrait dans cette plage de temp\u00e9ratures, tout en conservant leurs caract\u00e9ristiques d\u2019isolation thermique \u00e9lev\u00e9e, de l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 et de r\u00e9sistance aux chocs. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9tat non chauff\u00e9, ces mat\u00e9riaux sont faciles \u00e0 d\u00e9couper ou \u00e0 usiner lors de leur utilisation.
