Gaz dans l'aluminium fondu<br \/>\nLe gaz pr\u00e9sent dans l'aluminium fondu est principalement constitu\u00e9 d'hydrog\u00e8ne, dont la teneur est comprise entre 80% et 90%, suivi de l'azote, de l'oxyg\u00e8ne,<br \/>\nMonoxyde de carbone ; l'hydrog\u00e8ne est pratiquement insoluble dans l'aluminium solide, mais tr\u00e8s soluble dans l'aluminium liquide. La solubilit\u00e9 de l'hydrog\u00e8ne au-dessus et en dessous de la ligne de solidus est respectivement de 0,65 ml et 0,034 ml pour 100 g d'aluminium liquide (l'hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e9tant \u00e0 0,1 MPa), c'est-\u00e0-dire que la diff\u00e9rence de solubilit\u00e9 de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne entre les phases solide et liquide est de 19,1, et pour 100 g d\u2019aluminium fondu, la teneur normale en hydrog\u00e8ne est comprise entre 0,1 et 0,4 ml. En raison de cette diff\u00e9rence de solubilit\u00e9, l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne a tendance \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9chapper de la masse fondue. Lorsque la pression de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la tension superficielle et \u00e0 la pression hydrostatique, des bulles se forment, ce qui entra\u00eene l\u2019apparition de piq\u00fbres dans la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e. Comment l'hydrog\u00e8ne est-il produit dans l'aluminium fondu (1) ?<br \/>\nL'hydrog\u00e8ne est un gaz qui peut pr\u00e9senter une certaine solubilit\u00e9 dans l'aluminium fondu. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est d\u00fb \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence d'aluminium liquide et d'humidit\u00e9 dans les conditions de fusion.<br \/>\nPlusieurs sources d'humidit\u00e9 sont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par la r\u00e9action : 1. L'humidit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente dans l'air 2. Les produits de combustion du combustible 3. L'humidit\u00e9 adsorb\u00e9e \u00e0 la surface de la charge 4. La graisse r\u00e9siduelle pr\u00e9sente sur les d\u00e9chets fond. De l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne gazeux est lib\u00e9r\u00e9 lorsque la ferraille est immerg\u00e9e \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, lorsque la graisse r\u00e9agit avec le m\u00e9tal en fusion, ou lorsque la ferraille se fissure. 5. Ces chlorures sont hautement absorbants et adh\u00e8rent aux outils ou aux parois int\u00e9rieures du four.<br \/>\n2. Comment l'hydrog\u00e8ne est-il produit dans l'aluminium fondu ? (2)<br \/>\n7. Avant que la surface du r\u00e9cipient sec n\u2019entre en contact avec l\u2019aluminium fondu, si la couche de boue r\u00e9fractaire, le four de fusion ou de maintien constitu\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9fractaires, le rev\u00eatement du four ou la goulotte en mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9fractaires ne sont pas compl\u00e8tement secs, cela a un impact n\u00e9gatif sur la formation d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne. 8. Gaz : Le gaz introduit dans l\u2019aluminium fondu \u00e0 des fins d\u2019affinage diverses peut contenir de l\u2019humidit\u00e9. Si l\u2019on s\u2019efforce d\u2019utiliser certaines m\u00e9thodes pour r\u00e9duire l\u2019humidit\u00e9 p\u00e9n\u00e9trant dans le m\u00e9tal fondu, la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne sera r\u00e9duite. Si possible, la temp\u00e9rature maximale pendant la fusion doit \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 760 \u00b0C. Pendant la fusion, outre la dissolution, de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne sera \u00e9galement g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 et p\u00e9n\u00e9trera dans l\u2019aluminium fondu en raison de la r\u00e9action entre l\u2019aluminium fondu et l\u2019humidit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente dans l\u2019air lors du transport ou de la coul\u00e9e de l\u2019aluminium liquide, en particulier lorsque le film d\u2019oxyde \u00e0 la surface du liquide est boulevers\u00e9 et d\u00e9truit. L'hydrog\u00e8ne pi\u00e9g\u00e9 dans l'aluminium fondu peut produire des taches blanches ou des pores, ce qui nuit \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 du produit final. Par exemple, ces pi\u00e8ces en aluminium peuvent ne pas pr\u00e9senter des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques ou physiques acceptables et leur r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction peut s'en trouver compromise. Les inclusions d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne peuvent \u00e9galement provoquer des fissures de fatigue dans les mat\u00e9riaux. Les mauvaises propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de surface du mat\u00e9riau, telles que l\u2019\u00e9caillage lors de la coul\u00e9e et la formation de mousse lors du traitement thermique, indiquent \u00e9galement la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne.<br \/>\n3. Effet des gaz pr\u00e9sents dans l'aluminium fondu sur la qualit\u00e9 de l'aluminium (2)<br \/>\nL'hydrog\u00e8ne est environ 20 fois plus soluble dans l'aluminium liquide que dans l'aluminium solide. En raison de cette diff\u00e9rence de solubilit\u00e9, l'hydrog\u00e8ne a tendance \u00e0 s'\u00e9chapper de la solution pendant le processus de solidification, \u00e0 se diffuser lentement ou \u00e0 former rapidement des bulles pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des mol\u00e9cules d'hydrog\u00e8ne. Les bulles se forment lorsque la pression de l'hydrog\u00e8ne est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la tension superficielle et \u00e0 la pression hydrostatique. Ainsi, si la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne de l'aluminium liquide est \u00e9lev\u00e9e pendant le processus de solidification, l'hydrog\u00e8ne se pr\u00e9sentera sous forme de solution solide, de pores ou de points de rupture. Il est donc important de maintenir la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 un faible niveau pour obtenir des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es de haute qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Donc, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/portfolio\/degassing-unit\/\">unit\u00e9 de d\u00e9gazage<\/a> produit par Adtech permet de r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me de l'exc\u00e8s de gaz dans l'aluminium fondu.<br \/>\n3. Sources d'inclusions dans l'aluminium fondu<br \/>\nOn entend par \u00ab inclusions \u00bb tout solide situ\u00e9 au-dessus de la ligne de liquidus, tout solide et toute substance autre qu'un liquide. Les impuret\u00e9s non m\u00e9talliques courantes dans l\u2019aluminium fondu comprennent les oxydes, les nitrures, les carbures, les borures, etc., principalement sous forme de particules, dont la taille typique est comprise entre 1 et 30 microns. Outre leur origine dans la charge, elles r\u00e9sultent principalement de r\u00e9actions chimiques survenant pendant le processus de fusion. L\u2019\u00e9paisseur du film d\u2019oxyde \u00e0 la surface de l\u2019aluminium est comprise entre 2 et 10 microns, et elle atteint 200 microns \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du point de fusion. Le film d\u2019oxyde \u00e0 la surface du liquide est non seulement plus \u00e9pais, mais sa structure a \u00e9galement chang\u00e9 ; la couche dense situ\u00e9e du c\u00f4t\u00e9 tourn\u00e9 vers l\u2019aluminium en fusion exerce un effet protecteur sur ce dernier. La face externe de l\u2019aluminium est poreuse et pr\u00e9sente de petits pores de 5 \u00e0 10 microns \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, qui sont remplis d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne, d\u2019air et de vapeur d\u2019eau. Si le film liquide est m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aluminium, il y ajoutera des impuret\u00e9s et des gaz. De plus, des compos\u00e9s interm\u00e9talliques primaires ind\u00e9sirables apparaissent dans les produits en aluminium fortement alli\u00e9, tels que l\u2019aluminium-zirconium, l\u2019aluminium-titane, etc. ; par ailleurs, les alliages d\u2019aluminium contenant du fer forment \u00e9galement des phases aluminium-fer riches en fer et des phases aluminium-silicium-fer. Ces impuret\u00e9s affectent directement les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques du produit.<br \/>\n3.
