Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est principalement d\u00fb \u00e0 l'expansion volumique de la vapeur d'eau lib\u00e9r\u00e9e par la partie de la masse fondue d'aluminium en contact avec la chaleur. La vapeur d'eau provient principalement des sources suivantes :<br \/>\n1. L'eau de cristallisation pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9fractaire en contact avec l'aluminium en fusion n'est pas enti\u00e8rement \u00e9vacu\u00e9e<br \/>\nPour les mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9fractaires tels que le rev\u00eatement des fours de fusion, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/porous-ceramic-filter-product\/\">filtre en c\u00e9ramique poreuse<\/a>s, rev\u00eatement des \u00e9quipements de purification,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/portfolio\/degassing-unit\/\"> unit\u00e9 de d\u00e9gazage<\/a>, la doublure de la cuve, etc., qui sont en contact direct avec l'aluminium en fusion ; une fois la ma\u00e7onnerie ou le moulage termin\u00e9, si la courbe de temp\u00e9rature de cuisson est mal d\u00e9finie et que la dur\u00e9e de cuisson aux \u00e9tapes de temp\u00e9rature moyenne et basse est trop courte, l'eau de cristallisation interne n'est pas enti\u00e8rement \u00e9limin\u00e9e ; lors de l\u2019utilisation, l\u2019eau de cristallisation interne restante est \u00e0 nouveau chauff\u00e9e et lib\u00e9r\u00e9e ; une fois en contact avec le bain d\u2019aluminium fondu, sa temp\u00e9rature augmente et son volume s\u2019accro\u00eet rapidement, provoquant un brassage et la formation de bulles dans le bain d\u2019aluminium. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne se produit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement facilement lors de la mise en service de l\u2019\u00e9quipement. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que la dur\u00e9e d\u2019utilisation s\u2019allonge, l\u2019agitation et la formation de bulles dans l\u2019aluminium fondu diminuent progressivement, voire disparaissent.<\/p>\n<p>filtre en c\u00e9ramique poreuse<\/p>\n<p>2. Le mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9fractaire en contact avec l'aluminium en fusion est humide, ce qui entra\u00eene la formation d'eau adsorb\u00e9e.<br \/>\nCertains \u00e9quipements sont peu utilis\u00e9s et connaissent de longs intervalles entre deux utilisations. Lorsqu\u2019ils sont \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat, ils absorbent la vapeur d\u2019eau pr\u00e9sente dans l\u2019air, formant ainsi de l\u2019eau adsorb\u00e9e. Le pr\u00e9chauffage du four \u00e9tant insuffisant, l\u2019eau adsorb\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur n\u2019est pas enti\u00e8rement \u00e9limin\u00e9e. Lorsque l'aluminium en fusion entre en contact avec le mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9fractaire, la temp\u00e9rature augmente, l'eau se vaporise et est lib\u00e9r\u00e9e du mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9fractaire dans l'aluminium en fusion ; cette expansion volumique rapide provoque des remous et la formation de bulles dans l'aluminium en fusion. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne se produit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement au d\u00e9but de chaque coul\u00e9e et ne se manifeste pas en fin de coul\u00e9e ni lors d'une utilisation continue.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/porous-ceramic-filter-product\/\">filtre en c\u00e9ramique poreuse<\/a><br \/>\n3. Fuite d'eau au niveau du point de jonction entre le mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9fractaire et l'\u00e9quipement de refroidissement \u00e0 l'eau<br \/>\nCe ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne se produit principalement au niveau de la partie r\u00e9fractaire. La zone de contact entre le mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9fractaire de la plaque r\u00e9fractaire et le r\u00e9servoir d\u2019eau du cristalliseur n\u2019est pas parfaitement \u00e9tanche, ce qui entra\u00eene une infiltration de l\u2019eau du r\u00e9servoir dans le mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9fractaire. Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature augmente, l\u2019eau se vaporise et le mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9fractaire est projet\u00e9 dans le bain d\u2019aluminium en fusion. Cette expansion volumique rapide provoque un brassage et la formation de bulles dans l'aluminium en fusion. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne se produit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tout au long du cycle de coul\u00e9e, voire \u00e0 chaque coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>filtre en c\u00e9ramique poreuse<\/p>\n<figure
