Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d'affinage par fondant est une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 de la fusion des alliages d'aluminium. Les principaux composants des fondants actuellement disponibles sur le march\u00e9 sont les chlorures et les fluorures. Si le processus n\u2019est pas correctement ma\u00eetris\u00e9, des scories, des pores, des grains grossiers, des cristaux en plumes et d\u2019autres d\u00e9fauts de coul\u00e9e appara\u00eetront dans la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e ; il est donc indispensable de le contr\u00f4ler rigoureusement. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de maintenir la temp\u00e9rature de fusion de l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium 6063 entre 750 et 760 \u2103 ; une temp\u00e9rature trop basse augmentera la formation d\u2019inclusions de scories, tandis qu\u2019une temp\u00e9rature trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e augmentera l\u2019absorption d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne, l\u2019oxydation, la nitruration et les pertes par combustion. Des \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que la solubilit\u00e9 de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne dans l\u2019aluminium fondu augmente fortement au-del\u00e0 de 760 \u00b0C. Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature est r\u00e9duite, il existe de nombreux moyens d\u2019absorber l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne, tels que le s\u00e9chage des fours de fusion et des outils de coul\u00e9e, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter que l\u2019utilisation du fondant ne soit alt\u00e9r\u00e9e par l\u2019humidit\u00e9. Cependant, la temp\u00e9rature de fusion reste l\u2019un des facteurs les plus sensibles. Une temp\u00e9rature de fusion excessive entra\u00eene non seulement un gaspillage d\u2019\u00e9nergie et une augmentation des co\u00fbts, mais constitue \u00e9galement une cause directe de d\u00e9fauts tels que les pores, les grains grossiers et les cristaux en plumes.<\/p>\n<h2>Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d'affinage par flux<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/fluxes\/\">Flux<\/a> Il s'agit d'un mat\u00e9riau auxiliaire important utilis\u00e9 dans la fusion des alliages d'aluminium. Parmi ceux-ci, les chlorures pr\u00e9sentent une forte capacit\u00e9 d'absorption d'eau et sont sensibles \u00e0 l'humidit\u00e9. Par cons\u00e9quent, les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res utilis\u00e9es dans la production de fondants doivent \u00eatre s\u00e9ch\u00e9es. Il convient d\u2019\u00e9liminer compl\u00e8tement l\u2019humidit\u00e9, de sceller l\u2019emballage, d\u2019\u00e9viter tout dommage pendant le transport et le stockage, et de pr\u00eater attention \u00e0 la date de fabrication. Si la dur\u00e9e de stockage est trop longue, une absorption d\u2019humidit\u00e9 se produira \u00e9galement. La pression d\u2019azote utilis\u00e9e dans le raffinage par poudre doit de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00eatre faible, ce qui permet de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019injection de poudre. Si l\u2019azote utilis\u00e9 pour l\u2019affinage n\u2019est pas de l\u2019azote de haute puret\u00e9 (99,99% N\u2082), plus la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019azote inject\u00e9e dans l\u2019aluminium liquide est importante, plus l\u2019eau contenue dans le gaz fluor\u00e9 provoque l\u2019oxydation de l\u2019aluminium liquide et l\u2019absorption d\u2019une plus grande quantit\u00e9 d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne. De plus, la pression du fluor gazeux est \u00e9lev\u00e9e et les vagues de roulement g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par le liquide sont importantes, ce qui augmente le risque de formation de scories oxyd\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Si l'on utilise de l'azote de haute puret\u00e9 pour l'affinage, la pression d'affinage est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, les bulles g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es sont volumineuses, ces grosses bulles exercent une forte pouss\u00e9e ascensionnelle dans l'aluminium en fusion, elles remontent rapidement \u00e0 la surface, leur temps de s\u00e9jour dans l'aluminium en fusion est court, l'efficacit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9limination de l'hydrog\u00e8ne est insuffisante et le gaspillage d'azote augmente les co\u00fbts. Par cons\u00e9quent, il convient d\u2019utiliser moins d\u2019azote et davantage d\u2019agents d\u2019affinage ; une utilisation accrue d\u2019agents d\u2019affinage ne pr\u00e9sente que des avantages, sans aucun inconv\u00e9nient.
