Une fois que le m\u00e9tal en fusion s'est solidifi\u00e9, ces solides entra\u00een\u00e9s apparaissent sous forme d'impuret\u00e9s dans la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e finale, ce qui rend celle-ci moins ductile ou lui conf\u00e8re un mauvais brillant et une anodisation de mauvaise qualit\u00e9. Ces impuret\u00e9s peuvent provenir de plusieurs sources. Afin d'\u00e9liminer les impuret\u00e9s dissoutes dans la masse fondue, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d'utiliser un filtre d'absorption ou un filtre de r\u00e9action. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, lors du choix de mat\u00e9riaux c\u00e9ramiques poreux de type mousse, il convient de veiller \u00e0 ce que leur capacit\u00e9 de filtration soit adapt\u00e9e au d\u00e9bit de filtration souhait\u00e9 pour la quantit\u00e9 de m\u00e9tal en fusion \u00e0 filtrer, et que la dur\u00e9e de vie du filtre corresponde autant que possible \u00e0 l\u2019usure des pi\u00e8ces d\u2019usure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mat\u00e9riaux c\u00e9ramiques en mousse poreuse<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mat\u00e9riaux c\u00e9ramiques en mousse poreuse<\/strong> sont particuli\u00e8rement utiles pour filtrer les m\u00e9taux en fusion pour diverses raisons, parmi lesquelles leur grande efficacit\u00e9 de filtration, leur faible co\u00fbt, leur facilit\u00e9 d\u2019utilisation et le fait qu\u2019ils offrent le m\u00eame r\u00e9sultat, le filtre pouvant \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 puis jet\u00e9. Ces filtres en mousse c\u00e9ramique sont pratiques, bon march\u00e9 et jetables, ce qui permet de les utiliser facilement. Outre la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de fournir des composants de filtration \u00e0 haute efficacit\u00e9, il est \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire de mettre au point une structure permettant de fixer et de retirer facilement les filtres poreux pour m\u00e9taux en fusion de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/plate-filtering-unit\/\">unit\u00e9 de filtration<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Le filtre \u00e9tant con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme dispositif jetable, l'essentiel est de pr\u00e9voir une structure efficace permettant de l'installer dans son support facilement amovible. Le support, ou chambre de filtration, fait g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement partie int\u00e9grante de la cuve, de la goulotte de coul\u00e9e ou de la cuve interm\u00e9diaire, et doit \u00eatre constitu\u00e9 d\u2019un mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9fractaire r\u00e9sistant au m\u00e9tal en fusion, similaire \u00e0 celui utilis\u00e9 dans la structure standard de la cuve. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, un m\u00e9canisme d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e9lastique ou un joint p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique, tel qu\u2019un joint d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, est utilis\u00e9 pour assurer l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de la plaque filtrante sur tout son pourtour. Afin de mettre efficacement en place la plaque filtrante dans la chambre de filtration, l\u2019\u00e9tat de la technique consiste \u00e0 ins\u00e9rer la surface p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique inclin\u00e9e de la plaque filtrante dans le joint d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9. En appliquant une force verticale vers le bas sur la plaque filtrante pour assurer l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-foam-filter-pal\/\">plaque filtrante en mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/a> situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la chambre de filtration, celle-ci pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement une surface inclin\u00e9e correspondante. Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments filtrants couramment utilis\u00e9s sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des plaques filtrantes dispos\u00e9es horizontalement dans la chambre de filtration.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5281\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Porous-Foam-Ceramic-Materials-1.jpg\" alt=\"Mat\u00e9riaux c\u00e9ramiques en mousse poreuse\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Porous-Foam-Ceramic-Materials-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Porous-Foam-Ceramic-Materials-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique poreuse<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le filtre en c\u00e9ramique alv\u00e9olaire est adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la filtration de l'acier moul\u00e9 et des alliages \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature ; il permet de contr\u00f4ler le d\u00e9bit de l'acier en fusion et d'obtenir un motif de perforation r\u00e9gulier. Il permet \u00e9galement de filtrer les oxydes non m\u00e9talliques. Par exemple : les mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9fractaires et les scories pr\u00e9sents dans les fours de fusion et les poches de coul\u00e9e, ainsi que le sable, les oxydes et l\u2019oxydation secondaire. La filtration permet d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es et le rendement de production. La fonderie peut ainsi b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts de r\u00e9paration (tels que le soudage, le meulage et le nettoyage ult\u00e9rieurs) et d\u2019une augmentation du rendement des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es. De plus, la filtration peut am\u00e9liorer l\u2019usinabilit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es et prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie des outils.<\/p>\n<p>L'efficacit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de filtration d\u00e9pend en grande partie de l'utilisation et du positionnement corrects du filtre. Le filtre en zircone est fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de zircone partiellement stabilis\u00e9e et de mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9fractaires hautement stables. Il pr\u00e9sente une bonne r\u00e9sistance aux chocs thermiques, une bonne r\u00e9sistance chimique, une r\u00e9sistance aux hautes temp\u00e9ratures et une bonne r\u00e9sistance au fluage.<\/p>\n<p>Le filtre en zircone utilise un maillage plus fin pour offrir une meilleure efficacit\u00e9 de filtration. La structure du cadre, enti\u00e8rement recouverte de c\u00e9ramique sur tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s, permet de renforcer la r\u00e9sistance globale du filtre et d'assurer une meilleure
