Le facteur le plus d\u00e9terminant pour l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e est <strong data-start=\"559\" data-end=\"612\">propret\u00e9 du m\u00e9tal en fusion au moment de la coul\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"615\" data-end=\"913\">M\u00eame en utilisant des alliages d'aluminium de haute qualit\u00e9 et des fours de pointe, des impuret\u00e9s telles que des films d'oxyde, des particules de scories et des inclusions r\u00e9fractaires peuvent encore p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans la cavit\u00e9 du moule. Ces impuret\u00e9s invisibles constituent l'une des principales causes de porosit\u00e9, de fuites et de d\u00e9faillances m\u00e9caniques dans les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es finies.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"915\" data-end=\"1025\">C'est pourquoi le <strong data-start=\"931\" data-end=\"962\">Filtre de coul\u00e9e en mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/strong> est devenu un \u00e9l\u00e9ment incontournable de l'ing\u00e9nierie moderne de la fonderie.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1224\">Il est largement utilis\u00e9 dans les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de coul\u00e9e de l'aluminium par gravit\u00e9, \u00e0 basse pression et \u00e0 la cire perdue afin de garantir que le m\u00e9tal en fusion introduit dans le moule soit propre, stable et exempt d'inclusions nuisibles.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1271\">Qu'est-ce qu'un filtre de moulage en mousse c\u00e9ramique ?<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1599\">A <strong data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1313\">Filtre de coul\u00e9e en mousse c\u00e9ramique (CFCF)<\/strong> Il s'agit d'une structure c\u00e9ramique poreuse con\u00e7ue pour la filtration en profondeur du m\u00e9tal en fusion. Contrairement aux filtres \u00e0 mailles traditionnels qui ne retiennent que les particules en surface, les filtres en mousse c\u00e9ramique utilisent une <strong data-start=\"1491\"
