Ils comprennent donc les fibres de silicate d\u2019aluminium, dont les principaux composants sont l\u2019Al\u2082O\u2083 et le SiO\u2082, les fibres cristallines d\u2019alumine, dont le principal composant est l\u2019alumine, ainsi que d\u2019autres fibres cristallines de zircone pr\u00e9sentant une r\u00e9fractarit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1 500 \u00b0C, les fibres de forst\u00e9rite et d\u2019autres fibres d\u2019oxydes \u00e0 composition sp\u00e9ciale. La r\u00e9fractarit\u00e9 d\u00e9signe la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 laquelle le mat\u00e9riau atteint un certain degr\u00e9 de ramollissement \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. Elle caract\u00e9rise la r\u00e9sistance des mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9fractaires aux effets de la chaleur. Le point de fusion et la temp\u00e9rature des mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9fractaires varient consid\u00e9rablement. Par exemple, la r\u00e9sistance au feu d\u2019une fibre r\u00e9fractaire \u00e0 base de silicate d\u2019aluminium est d\u2019environ 1 750 \u00e0 1 770 \u00b0C, son point de fusion devrait \u00eatre compris entre 2 000 et 2 200 \u00b0C, mais sa temp\u00e9rature d\u2019utilisation ne se situe qu\u2019entre 1 000 et 1 350 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<h2>Fibre c\u00e9ramique<\/h2>\n<p>La fibre c\u00e9ramique est un terme g\u00e9n\u00e9rique d\u00e9signant les mat\u00e9riaux fibreux dont la teneur en Al\u2082O\u2083 se situe entre 45 et 60% dans les fibres r\u00e9fractaires \u00e0 base de silicate d'aluminium. Toutes les fibres c\u00e9ramiques sont des fibres amorphes, que l'on peut \u00e9galement appeler fibres de verre. Il s'agit d'une fibre solide amorphe form\u00e9e par la solidification d'un mat\u00e9riau liquide lors de son refroidissement. Certains produits AdTech utilisent de la fibre c\u00e9ramique, tels que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/refractory-fiber-cone\/\"><strong>C\u00f4nes en fibres r\u00e9fractaires<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>Corde en fibre c\u00e9ramique<\/strong>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-fiber-paper\/\"><strong>Papier en fibre c\u00e9ramique<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0<strong>Panneau isolant en c\u00e9ramique<\/strong>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-wool-insulation\/\"><strong>Isolation en laine de c\u00e9ramique<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des recherches et \u00e0 des exp\u00e9riences men\u00e9es sur une s\u00e9rie de probl\u00e8mes survenant lors du chauffage des fibres r\u00e9fractaires, notamment en cours d\u2019utilisation. Lors de l'utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9fractaires, les fibres se r\u00e9tractent en raison de la recristallisation, du frittage et de la formation de nouvelles phases, ainsi que de la r\u00e9action entre le liant inorganique et les fibres. Certains composants pr\u00e9sents dans l'atmosph\u00e8re du four, tels que l'H\u2082, le CO, le CH\u2084 et le NH\u2083, ainsi que les m\u00e9taux alcalins, le fluor, le chlore et le SO\u2083\u00b2\u207b, peuvent influencer le processus de recristallisation, notamment la nucl\u00e9ation et la vitesse de croissance cristalline. Ils r\u00e9agissent avec les mat\u00e9riaux fibreux, ce qui r\u00e9duit leur temp\u00e9rature d'utilisation et les performances du produit.<\/p>\n<p>Le mat\u00e9riau fibreux pr\u00e9sente une bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'\u00e9rosion \u00e9olienne, laquelle varie en fonction de la forme sp\u00e9cifique du produit. De plus, la capacit\u00e9 de protection contre l'\u00e9rosion due aux courants d'air \u00e0 grande vitesse offerte par le rev\u00eatement mural en fibres diminue \u00e0 mesure que la temp\u00e9rature d'utilisation augmente.<\/p>\n<p>La chaleur et la corrosion du syst\u00e8me d'ancrage constituent \u00e9galement un facteur important qui influe sur la dur\u00e9e de vie du mat\u00e9riau en fibres.
