Les goulottes \u00e9quip\u00e9es de manchons en acier sont rev\u00eatues de mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9fractaires ; il s'agit soit de goulottes ouvertes, soit de goulottes munies d'un couvercle. Les goulottes haute qualit\u00e9 AdTech peuvent \u00eatre install\u00e9es en pente, et le m\u00e9tal en fusion s'\u00e9coule par gravit\u00e9. Pour transporter et doser le m\u00e9tal en fusion, un r\u00e9servoir de stockage est \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire, tel qu'un r\u00e9servoir de stockage stable. Le m\u00e9tal en fusion est vers\u00e9 dans le r\u00e9servoir de stockage stable depuis le four de fusion, de sorte que le m\u00e9tal en fusion soit introduit dans la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/casting-launder-2\/\">canal de coul\u00e9e<\/a>, et le mouvement du m\u00e9tal en fusion est stabilis\u00e9 dans le r\u00e9servoir de stockage stable. Il pr\u00e9sente d'excellentes caract\u00e9ristiques de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'\u00e9rosion, aux chocs et aux chocs thermiques, ainsi qu'une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 antiadh\u00e9sive vis-\u00e0-vis de l'aluminium, l'absence de r\u00e9action chimique avec l'aluminium et un faible coefficient de dilatation thermique. Il conserve une forme stable \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement, n'absorbe pas l'humidit\u00e9 et ne d\u00e9gage pas de gaz dans la masse d'aluminium en fusion. Il est durable et ne contamine pas la masse d'aluminium en fusion.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les conditions d'utilisation conformes au proc\u00e9d\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9, la baisse de temp\u00e9rature par m\u00e8tre de canal ne d\u00e9passe pas 3 degr\u00e9s Celsius, et la dur\u00e9e de vie du rev\u00eatement est d'au moins 18 mois.<\/p>\n<p>Le rev\u00eatement du canal d'\u00e9coulement pr\u00e9sente une structure mixte. Le rev\u00eatement du canal DC mesure g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 600 mm par n\u0153ud.
