L'hydrog\u00e8ne est le seul gaz qui soit sensiblement soluble dans l'aluminium et ses alliages. Sa solubilit\u00e9 varie proportionnellement \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature et \u00e0 la racine carr\u00e9e de la pression. Lors du refroidissement et de la solidification de l'aluminium fondu, l'hydrog\u00e8ne dissous, dont la solubilit\u00e9 dans l'\u00e9tat solide est extr\u00eamement faible, peut pr\u00e9cipiter sous forme mol\u00e9culaire, entra\u00eenant la formation de vides primaires et\/ou secondaires.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sources d'hydrog\u00e8ne<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il existe de nombreuses sources d'hydrog\u00e8ne dans l'aluminium. L'humidit\u00e9 atmosph\u00e9rique se dissocie \u00e0 la surface du m\u00e9tal en fusion, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant une concentration d'hydrog\u00e8ne atomique capable de se diffuser dans la masse fondue. La couche d'oxyde protectrice de l'aluminium emp\u00eache la dissolution de l'hydrog\u00e8ne par ce m\u00e9canisme, mais toute perturbation de la surface de la masse fondue qui brise cette barri\u00e8re d'oxyde entra\u00eene une dissolution rapide de l'hydrog\u00e8ne. Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage, en particulier le magn\u00e9sium, peuvent \u00e9galement influencer l'absorption d'hydrog\u00e8ne en formant des produits de r\u00e9action d'oxydation qui r\u00e9duisent la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la diffusion de l'hydrog\u00e8ne dans la masse fondue et en modifiant la solubilit\u00e9 dans le liquide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Influence de l'hydrog\u00e8ne sur l'aluminium<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deux types ou formes de porosit\u00e9 due \u00e0 l'hydrog\u00e8ne peuvent appara\u00eetre dans l'aluminium moul\u00e9. La plus importante est la porosit\u00e9 interdendritique, qui se produit lorsque la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne est suffisamment \u00e9lev\u00e9e pour que l'hydrog\u00e8ne rejet\u00e9 au niveau du front de solidification entra\u00eene des pressions de solution sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 la pression atmosph\u00e9rique. La porosit\u00e9 secondaire (de l'ordre du micron) se produit lorsque la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne dissous est faible et que la formation de vides est, par nature, sous-critique.<\/p>\n<p>Une porosit\u00e9 due \u00e0 l'hydrog\u00e8ne finement r\u00e9partie n'est pas toujours ind\u00e9sirable. La pr\u00e9cipitation d'hydrog\u00e8ne peut modifier la forme et la r\u00e9partition de la porosit\u00e9 de retrait dans les pi\u00e8ces ou les sections de pi\u00e8ces mal aliment\u00e9es. Le retrait est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus n\u00e9faste pour les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e. Dans certains cas isol\u00e9s, l'hydrog\u00e8ne peut en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00eatre introduit intentionnellement et contr\u00f4l\u00e9 \u00e0 des concentrations sp\u00e9cifiques compatibles avec les exigences d'application de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e, afin de favoriser l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 superficielle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L'hydrog\u00e8ne en solution solide<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9partition de l'hydrog\u00e8ne dans une structure solidifi\u00e9e d\u00e9pend du taux d'hydrog\u00e8ne dissous et des conditions dans lesquelles la solidification a lieu. La porosit\u00e9 due \u00e0 l'hydrog\u00e8ne r\u00e9sultant d'une nucl\u00e9ation et d'une croissance contr\u00f4l\u00e9es par diffusion, la r\u00e9duction de la concentration en hydrog\u00e8ne et l'augmentation de la vitesse de solidification permettent de limiter la formation et la croissance des vides. Le fluxage au gaz r\u00e9duit la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne dissous de l'aluminium fondu par diffusion sous pression partielle. AdTech <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/degassing-unit\/\">unit\u00e9 de d\u00e9gazage en ligne<\/a> peut \u00eatre d\u00e9gaz\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide d'un gaz inerte, tel que l'azote ou l'argon.<\/p>\n<p>On injecte un gaz inerte dans la chambre de d\u00e9gazage, tandis que le rotor tourne \u00e0 grande vitesse. Les grosses bulles de gaz inerte sont ainsi fragment\u00e9es en tr\u00e8s fines bulles, qui se dispersent uniform\u00e9ment dans le m\u00e9tal en fusion. La r\u00e9duction du diam\u00e8tre des bulles entra\u00eene une augmentation spectaculaire de leur surface totale. Cela permet \u00e0 une plus grande surface de ces bulles inertes d\u2019entrer en contact avec l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne et les impuret\u00e9s pr\u00e9sents dans le m\u00e9tal liquide. \u00c0 mesure que les bulles remontent, l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne et les impuret\u00e9s sont amen\u00e9s \u00e0 la surface du liquide pour \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9bit du gaz inerte est r\u00e9gl\u00e9 en fonction du volume du m\u00e9tal en fusion.
