Pour les mat\u00e9riaux plus exigeants, la m\u00e9thode de filtration CFF permet d'\u00e9liminer les impuret\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentes dans l'alliage gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une filtration m\u00e9canique \u00e0 travers la couche d'aluminium fondu.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les impuret\u00e9s m\u00e9talliques, la m\u00e9thode de traitement habituelle consiste \u00e0 transformer les facteurs nuisibles en facteurs favorables. Concr\u00e8tement, on les transforme en une seconde phase b\u00e9n\u00e9fique par le biais d\u2019un alliage, afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les performances du mat\u00e9riau. Si leur \u00e9limination s\u2019av\u00e8re n\u00e9cessaire, on utilise dans la plupart des cas la diff\u00e9rence de point d\u2019\u00e9bullition entre les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments pour proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une distillation s\u00e9lective \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et basse pression, afin d\u2019\u00e9liminer les impuret\u00e9s m\u00e9talliques.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2797\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/26.jpg\" alt=\"Affinage des d\u00e9chets d&#039;aluminium\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/26.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/26-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Comment \u00e9liminer les impuret\u00e9s d'un alliage<\/h2>\n<p>Les alliages d\u2019aluminium fondus \u00e0 partir de d\u00e9chets contenant de l\u2019aluminium renferment souvent des quantit\u00e9s excessives d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments m\u00e9talliques, qu\u2019il convient d\u2019\u00e9liminer autant que possible. L\u2019oxydation s\u00e9lective peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour \u00e9liminer de la masse fondue diverses impuret\u00e9s m\u00e9talliques pr\u00e9sentant une affinit\u00e9 pour l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de l\u2019aluminium. Par exemple, le magn\u00e9sium, le zinc, le calcium, le zirconium et d'autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments peuvent acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l'oxydation de ces impuret\u00e9s m\u00e9talliques par agitation de la masse fondue. Ces oxydes m\u00e9talliques ne se dissolvent pas dans l'aluminium liquide et se retrouvent dans les scories, ce qui permet de les s\u00e9parer de l'aluminium en \u00e9cumant les scories pour les retirer de la masse.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9galement possible d'exploiter la diff\u00e9rence de solubilit\u00e9 pour \u00e9liminer les impuret\u00e9s m\u00e9talliques pr\u00e9sentes dans l'alliage. Par exemple, l'alliage d'aluminium contamin\u00e9 par des impuret\u00e9s est mis en contact avec un m\u00e9tal eutectique capable de bien dissoudre l'aluminium sans dissoudre les impuret\u00e9s ; l'alliage d'aluminium liquide est ensuite s\u00e9par\u00e9 par filtration, puis le m\u00e9tal ajout\u00e9 est \u00e9limin\u00e9 par distillation sous vide. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, on ajoute du magn\u00e9sium, du zinc et du mercure pour \u00e9liminer le fer, le silicium et d'autres impuret\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentes dans l'aluminium, puis ces m\u00e9taux sont \u00e9limin\u00e9s par distillation sous vide.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, une fois que l'alliage d'aluminium contamin\u00e9 par des impuret\u00e9s a atteint l'\u00e9tat eutectique avec du magn\u00e9sium 30%, on laisse reposer l'alliage \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature proche de la temp\u00e9rature eutectique pendant un certain temps, on \u00e9limine par filtration les phases cristallines pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9es primaires contenant du fer et du silicium, puis on proc\u00e8de \u00e0 un stripage sous vide \u00e0 850 \u2103 Le magn\u00e9sium, ainsi que les impuret\u00e9s telles que le zinc et le plomb, qui pr\u00e9sentent une pression de vapeur \u00e9lev\u00e9e, sont \u00e9galement \u00e9limin\u00e9s en m\u00eame temps que le magn\u00e9sium ; l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium pur obtenu apr\u00e8s \u00e9limination du magn\u00e9sium peut alors \u00eatre coul\u00e9 en lingots.<\/p>\n<p>Afin d'am\u00e9liorer encore la qualit\u00e9 du bain d'alliage d'aluminium, ou lorsque certaines nuances d'alliage d'aluminium n\u00e9cessitent un contr\u00f4le rigoureux de la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne et des inclusions, on peut recourir \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode d'affinage combin\u00e9, c'est-\u00e0-dire \u00e0 l'utilisation simultan\u00e9e de deux m\u00e9thodes d'affinage.
