{"id":2884,"date":"2020-07-16T09:59:16","date_gmt":"2020-07-16T09:59:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=2884"},"modified":"2020-07-16T10:14:29","modified_gmt":"2020-07-16T10:14:29","slug":"modification-treatment-technology","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/modification-treatment-technology\/","title":{"rendered":"Technologie de traitement par modification"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dans l'eutectique de l'alliage aluminium-silicium, la phase de silicium se d\u00e9veloppe sous forme de lamelles dans des conditions de croissance spontan\u00e9e, et il arrive m\u00eame que des phases de silicium \u00e9paisses, de forme polygonale et semblables \u00e0 des plaques, apparaissent. Ces formes de phase de silicium clivent fortement la matrice d'aluminium, provoquant une concentration de contraintes aux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s et sur les bords de la phase de silicium ; l'alliage est alors susceptible de se fissurer le long des joints de grains. Il peut \u00e9galement arriver que la phase de silicium en forme de plaque se fissure elle-m\u00eame, ce qui rend l'alliage fragile ; les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques, en particulier l'allongement, s'en trouvent consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duites, et la capacit\u00e9 d'usinage est m\u00e9diocre. Afin de modifier l'\u00e9tat actuel du silicium et d'am\u00e9liorer les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques de l'alliage, on recourt depuis longtemps \u00e0 des techniques de traitement de modification.<\/p>\n<h2>Technologie de traitement par modification<\/h2>\n<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui ont un effet modificateur sur le silicium eutectique sont : le sodium (Na), le strontium (Sr), le soufre (S), le lanthane (La), le c\u00e9rium (Ce), l'antimoine (Sb), le tellure (Te), etc. Les recherches actuelles se concentrent sur plusieurs modificateurs tels que le sodium, le strontium et les terres rares.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00e9t\u00e9rioration due au sodium (Na)<\/h2>\n<p>Le sodium est l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment m\u00e9tamorphique eutectique du silicium le plus ancien et le plus efficace. Il existe trois m\u00e9thodes pour ajouter du sodium : le sodium m\u00e9tallique, les sels de sodium et le carbonate de sodium.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L'agent de modification initial utilis\u00e9 pour le sodium m\u00e9tallique est le sodium m\u00e9tallique.<\/strong> Le sodium pr\u00e9sente le meilleur effet de modification et permet d\u2019affiner efficacement la structure eutectique. L\u2019ajout d\u2019une petite quantit\u00e9 (environ 0,005% \u00e0 0,01%) permet d\u2019\u00e9liminer la phase eutectique de silicium de la structure en aiguilles, qui se transforme alors en une structure fibreuse parfaitement uniforme. Cependant, l\u2019utilisation du m\u00e9tamorphisme au sodium m\u00e9tallique pr\u00e9sente certains inconv\u00e9nients. Premi\u00e8rement, la temp\u00e9rature de m\u00e9tamorphisme est de 740 \u00b0C, ce qui est proche du point d\u2019\u00e9bullition du sodium (892 \u00b0C). Par cons\u00e9quent, l\u2019aluminium liquide a tendance \u00e0 bouillir, ce qui entra\u00eene des projections, favorise l\u2019oxydation de l\u2019aluminium liquide et rend l\u2019op\u00e9ration dangereuse. Deuxi\u00e8mement, la densit\u00e9 du sodium est faible (0,97) et celui-ci s\u2019enrichit dans la couche superficielle de l\u2019aluminium liquide pendant le m\u00e9tamorphisme, de sorte que la partie sup\u00e9rieure de l\u2019aluminium liquide est surmodifi\u00e9e et la partie inf\u00e9rieure est sous-modifi\u00e9e, ce qui rend l\u2019effet m\u00e9tamorphique extr\u00eamement instable. Par ailleurs, le sodium r\u00e9agit facilement avec la vapeur d\u2019eau pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne, ce qui augmente la teneur en gaz de l\u2019aluminium liquide. Le sodium est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment tr\u00e8s r\u00e9actif qui r\u00e9agit facilement avec l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne de l\u2019air. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, il convient de le faire tremper dans du k\u00e9ros\u00e8ne pour le conserver, et ce k\u00e9ros\u00e8ne doit \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9 avant utilisation. C\u2019est \u00e9galement une op\u00e9ration tr\u00e8s d\u00e9licate, mais si le k\u00e9ros\u00e8ne n\u2019est pas \u00e9limin\u00e9, il introduira du gaz et des inclusions dans l\u2019aluminium fondu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sel de sodium.<\/strong> L'agent de modification g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9 en production est un m\u00e9lange contenant des sels halog\u00e9n\u00e9s tels que le NaF, qui exploite la r\u00e9action entre le sel de sodium et l'aluminium pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer du sodium et jouer ainsi un r\u00f4le de modification. Cependant, ces sels de sodium se diffusent facilement dans la vapeur d'eau, ce qui augmente la tendance de l'alliage \u00e0 l'oxydation par getter. Par ailleurs, ces sels de sodium ont un effet corrosif sur l'environnement et nuisent \u00e0 la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Carbonate de sodium.<\/strong> L'agent de modification \u00e0 base de carbonate de sodium est un agent non polluant qui devrait \u00eatre mis au point pour pallier les probl\u00e8mes environnementaux li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'utilisation de la modification par sel de sodium. En d'autres termes, le carbonate de sodium est utilis\u00e9 pour r\u00e9agir avec l'aluminium et le magn\u00e9sium \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature afin de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer du sodium et de jouer un r\u00f4le m\u00e9tamorphique. Le processus de r\u00e9action et les produits de r\u00e9action sont non toxiques. De m\u00eame, ce type de modificateur non polluant pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement le probl\u00e8me d'absorber l'eau et d'accro\u00eetre la tendance de l'alliage d'aluminium \u00e0 l'oxydation par getter.<br \/>\nIl existe un autre inconv\u00e9nient qu'il ne faut pas n\u00e9gliger lors de l'utilisation de la modification au sodium : en effet, la dur\u00e9e de modification est courte et il s'agit d'un agent de modification non durable. La dur\u00e9e d'efficacit\u00e9 du modificateur \u00e0 base de sel de sodium n'est que de 30 \u00e0 60 minutes. Pass\u00e9 ce d\u00e9lai, l'effet de modification dispara\u00eet de lui-m\u00eame. Plus la temp\u00e9rature est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus la perte d'efficacit\u00e9 est rapide. Par cons\u00e9quent, l'aluminium fondu modifi\u00e9 doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 rapidement et doit \u00eatre remodifi\u00e9 lors de sa refusion. De plus, il est difficile de contr\u00f4ler avec pr\u00e9cision le processus de modification au sodium, ce qui explique que cette technique soit progressivement remplac\u00e9e par des m\u00e9thodes de modification \u00e0 effet durable.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e9tamorphisme au strontium (Sr)<\/h2>\n<p>Le strontium (Sr) est un modificateur \u00e0 action prolong\u00e9e, le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/strontium-modifier\/\">Modification Sr<\/a> Son effet est \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 celui du sodium, et il ne pr\u00e9sente aucun des inconv\u00e9nients de la modification au sodium ; il s'agit donc d'un modificateur prometteur. La Grande-Bretagne, les Pays-Bas et d'autres pays ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 promouvoir l'application de la technologie de traitement par modification au strontium (Sr) au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1980. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, de nombreuses recherches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es, tant en Chine qu'\u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger, sur la d\u00e9gradation du strontium. L'utilisation du strontium (Sr) en remplacement du sodium ou des sels de sodium prend \u00e9galement de l'ampleur en Chine.<\/p>\n<h3>Le m\u00e9tamorphisme au strontium pr\u00e9sente les avantages suivants :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>L'effet de d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration est satisfaisant et la dur\u00e9e de validit\u00e9 est longue ;<\/li>\n<li>Le processus de d\u00e9gradation ne d\u00e9gage pas de fum\u00e9e, est non toxique, ne pollue pas l'environnement, ne provoque pas de corrosion des \u00e9quipements et des outils, ne nuit pas \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et est facile \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre ;<\/li>\n<li>Il est facile d'obtenir des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques satisfaisantes ;<\/li>\n<li>Le mat\u00e9riau recharg\u00e9 subit un certain degr\u00e9 de refusion et de m\u00e9tamorphisme ;<\/li>\n<li>Un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es et des avantages \u00e9conomiques globaux remarquables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The silicon phase in the aluminum-silicon alloy eutectic will grow into flakes under spontaneous growth conditions, and even thick polygonal plate-like silicon phases appear.
